Our vet happened to be closed due to a power outage because of the storm. The surgeon actually came out and met us before taking our dog back we were even offered to go back with our dog. They did a reverse progesterone test and immediately did the cesarean ones getting the results. Our dog had six beautiful heathy puppies. They treated us like family and we're so personable only knowing us for a couple of hours. Once my husband seen how amazing a vet office should be he had no problem saying that we would be switching. I just wanna thank all the doctors and the staff for being so kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back and will be bringing all of our friends!

Then he prescribed the same medication a second time. When I reached out about the double prescription Dr. Mann sent me a text saying he would refund the amount of second prescription. When we tried to return it to them we were met with rudeness and hostility from his staff. Saying that we could not return it and would not be receiving a refund. They would not accept anything we said. Then the had the nerve to end the relationship over something Dr. Mann caused!! I got someone who had lost their beloved pet and got into the business because of the charges other charge. I let them know who Oscar's vet was and they told me that they have picked up from them before. The vet office had no problem and since I had to go in after work, they could pick Oscar up quickly. I picked up the ashes but they will deliver them also. You can even drop off your pet. They explained everything and even made extra copies of nose print and paws prints for Oscar's other mom. All for just under $200. Since I just adopted a 17 year old cat, I will probably need their services again. I will use them gladly.

The groomer Lauren said he was matted on his ears and neck so he needed to be short. My son picked up our dog because I was at work. When I arrived home and saw my dog I was FURIOUS! He was hairless to the point you can see his bones. I paid $122 which includes de-matting but he has no hair so what was departed? Literally shaved him bald. I never received a call asking for permission to cut off all his hair. My dog doesn't even look like himself. Every time I look at him I want to cry because I'm so angry. I called to cancel his future appointment and i was asked what happened and did I want to go to another location. No THANK YOU! Will no longer be utilizing their daycare or boarder services either because I don't trust them with my fur child.
