Went in looking for rims and two guys up front sitting making sour faces. They acted like us being there bothered them. No hello or how can I help or nothing. Asked for pricing and all the while they just sat there mean mugging us. Hate to think it was because I'm brown and my friend is black. No other customers in the shop but still no interest to help. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I called yesterday to order tires and I told the rep that I am looking for a premium high milage tire. He said I have a great tire, 60k mile tread, no road noise, very quiet. I told him I am looking for a premium tire. He first quoted me $340 bucks a tire, it's insane, but I realized that I am using snap finance and that these guys would be a little more expensive than others due to their size. He then said, hey, I can get the price knocked down to $318/tire, $240 for road hazard, and finance fees and taxes brought the total to right at $2k. Again, ludicrous, but I needed the tires, and after all they said they would be a premium tire that would last my wife over 60k miles. So I was like ok, it sucks but it is what it is. So I go there, they put the tires on, and I check out. I ask several questions about the tires and everything seems to be legit. I walk out and see they put Roadone tires on my car. I am talking Wal-Mart bargain basement tires that retail for $112. I was mad, obviously, so I go directly back in and tell them I do not want the tires. I am not paying $2k for $600 worth of tires. I told them to take them off and put mine back on they refused. I demanded a manager, and they said no one was available, I demanded the managers #, and denied. I told them, I am not accepting these tires, I have not left, I have not even started the car. I want them off. So, this morning I called the manager, he tough, not my problem, you signed the finance sheet and they are yours. I am not doing anything. Even after the lying rep told me the day before the manager would help. These guys are bottom feeders preying on people that don't have the money to afford mainstream places and need finance for bad credit. They are the worst of the worse and in my opinion what they do is pure evil. So they got me for $2k, but I will make it my life's mission to to shine light on these criminals. Absolutely pathetic! Took my car in to get my alignment checked because it pulled hard to the right. My tires had good tread but were 6 years old so they replaced the tires and did an alignment. Then called me to pick it up. I test drove the car and it still pulled just as hard to the right. So I returned to the shop and after a test drive with the mechanic it was his opinion that the problem was slight but could be fixed by replacing the Camber arms front and rear for another $882.00. They should have started with replacing the bad parts instead trying to sell me tires I can't use without the real repairs it needed. Don't expect a straight answer from this location in Denton. read more

I would not recommend this place at all. I recently got new tires from them for my charger and when I picked up my car it had new lug nuts that I didn't ask for and all my rims are scraped! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I Repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They don't deserve any stars but I had to give at least one to leave this review.. They are by far the worse .. My friend Gil H. took in his car to them in March 2020 they put on the wrong wheels then they wouldn't fix the problem. After calls telling them that the car is unsafe. Because the wheels didn't fit properly which made the car shake and hard to handle. Still till today we have not gotten anything they even kept his personal valve stem sensors. They still have the wheels that are wrong they refuse to fix the problem or give the money back . Also the financing company SNAP will not give anything back they point fingers at Texas Tire . This is no company that anyone should deal with . Nothing good comes from them. I went in person I have called they always say we will have the manager call you which isn't true . He never calls back . Then when I went in they said that he was busy. That's no way to run a business!!! Please don't waste your time or money . Save the headache and go to a company that cares! read more
