I had really great interactions with Jade, especially when I was needing to schedule my initial drop off. They allowed me to do an early drop off and had the paperwork ready, even though I offered to do it via email on Monday. And you better check their job, especially for parts that are around the repair site, 'cause I had to wait another week for them to add a clip part back to a part that they took off in order to access their repair site, which they tried to initially claim that it wasn't their job site and thus it wasn't their fault. They also make it sound like my 10 year old car isn't worth their time and effort as if I didn't already pay them to do their job right.
