These guys had me in and out so fast I barely had time to open my phone and pretend I was busy. Prices? Let's just say my wallet didn't cry for once. I've spent more on a fancy coffee run than I did here (okay, slight exaggeration... but not by much). They don't just work fast -- they teleport your car onto fresh rubber and send you on your way before you even finish saying "alignment." If you like saving money, time, and your sanity, skip the big chains. These folks are the real deal -- quick, friendly, and so efficient it's almost suspicious. Head purchase two tires the previous week, and just now came up here to have the other tire I purchased put on my truck, after tipping the tire techs over $20.00 And paying over 300 some odd dollars for two tires and a flat repair, they are telling me they do not have my tire that they told me they would say for me and put on when I was able to return with my truck. I have a written and itemized receipt in the tire tech that worked on the vehicle confirmed that I was there but says that they will not give me a tire so affectively stealing over $150 from me. My front tire had a slow leak and it was Sunday so I figured better to get it taken care of then wait till Monday when mikes tires is open. The tire they sold me went completely flat while I was working a double. I get off work tired and it's raining and just great I have to change my tire and put on a spare in the parking lot in dress clothes. After this inconvenience I took it back to 7 day tire and they said there was a small hole in the side of the tire they sold me and said I had to pay for another one because they don't warranty used tires. I drive a Mercedes Benz & it requires a wheel lock. I drove in with a flat tire to have them fix. They said my wheel lock was stripped & that I needed a new one. I Uber myself to the closest Mercedes Benz dealership & buy a new wheel lock & Uber back just for them to tell me it's the bolt that was drilled to tight. They changed my tires out the last time so whoever was responsible tightened the bolt so tight that I had to call another shop to come out to fix the mess & they still couldn't. It took a whole day for the other shop to eat through the back two bolts. I wasted money on a knee wheel lock that ended up breaking .. wasted money on Ubers back & fourth & was stranded for about 5 hours. I also got no cell service & asked if I could use the Wi-Fi the owner was like " sorry o can't give you any Wi-Fi I have to many things encrypted on there & can't afford for you to know the password" I was like oh wow .. rude customer service. Absolutely SHIT place to get tires changed. Cheap af & I'll never take my car there ever again. I know need to buy new rims .. moral of the story don't go here just cause it's cheap. I sent my daughter to get tires on Saturday. Let me just say, do not allow the owner to quick talk you and escort you into that "waiting room". I was on the phone with my daughter when she asked how much to change the three tires. I heard "$130"...Well he charges $130 per tire. I was hit with $423.00. He then says "no refund". We have 3 cars and he has lost our business. Do not waste your time. If they cannot communicate CLEARLY they don't deserve the business. Or get a dang computer and print out the estimate. Came to the area a little over a year ago, one evening my tire was extremely low, I called the typical chain places and no one could help me or they were closing soon, it was just me and my daughter. So I called 7 day tire and explained to the gentleman on the phone what my problem was, he said he was just closing then he asked where I was, I told him about 15 mins away, give or take, he said come on, I'll wait for you!!! What?? I was so happy, it was late in the evening, I'm new to the area, had to be somewhere at 6am and the guy on the phone said come on... I arrived and the whole crew was sitting there waiting for me, I pulled up and without skipping a beat, they immediately started working on my car, it was much cheaper than I have paid in the past for my situation at other places and I was ecstatic. I told him how happy I was with the service and he said, if you're happy with your service tell someone else, word of mouth!!! Ok so we all know how hard it is to get work on your car especially dealing with tires and all that mess I mean it takes your whole day and stresses you out. So after our tire blew today my husband and I were already dreading everything we were going to have to deal with! But pulling up to this 7 Day Tire they took ALL MY WORRIES AWAY. These young men immediately approached the car ready to help us out, we just told them we had a busted tire and I started getting our daughter out of the car, they told me it's to hot to be outside and we could just wait in the car and I thought that was kind of them considering I have a one year old sleeping in the back. So as I sit in the ac of my car in less than five minutes they had the busted tire out and hooked us up with a new used one. For a very good price BTW $40!!!
