The same battery I just replaced 6 months ago from a local Valvalin oil change. Got the invoice and it clearly states rotation even though its obvious the fixed flat is still in same location. My guess is the tires were not rotated. Ill add a pic of the soap on the fixed flat. Left rear. You would think the soap would have been washed off. Ugly. I was told they also changed the oil, now I must check that too to verify it was actually done and not just charged for work I didn't receive. What is going on here?

Due to the technicians lack of quality work, this has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to rent a car while my truck was in the shop for repairs. Plus the added expense to get my truck repaired. When I approached the manager and went over the inconveniences this has caused me. I was only offered a free oil change the next time I came in. That is not likely to happen. Being a loyal customer for quite a few years I believe they could have done better towards me and offered more than one free oil change. I would not recommend Just Tires of Highland Village based on my experience.

I drove to Oklahoma got under the car and what was hanging was the lower splash shield which screws to the bottom of the chassis. Now here's what's relevant, to do a full oil change the lower splash shield must come off. . The following day after buying a new splash shield i jacked up the car and went to remove the damaged existing shield. Thats when I noticed the existing shield was missing attaching bolts and worse had been partly zip tied to the front air dam.. Final thought I had, who last serviced this car before our kiddo went off for her junior year at OU, Firestone in town. I never brought it up because I wasn't gonna ever go back there again. This was one of a succession of things that made me think. This was not a place I wanted to do business with any further. I make it a practice now to check every bit of work.That is done by anybody on our cars.Nobody is without error but this was clear negligence

Many times we've had to take the car back so they could repair their own work. On March 1, we took a car in to have a rattling noise checked, for tire rotation and oil change; simple tasks for most shops right? The shop lied about performing the courtesy tire rotation that comes with purchasing their tires, and charged me for the full synthetic oil change that they never did. We ended up at Take 5 to get that simple task done but after looking at other reviews on various sites and the BBB site (F rating), I don't know how we were ever coming here in the first place. Don't contact corporate as they don't care either. To fix the rattle, they wanted $1600+ to replace front control arms and rear shocks. Needless to say, we'll never visit another location. UPDATE: I've been in contact with "socialcare@bfrc.com" for weeks and have been assured I'll receive a call from Firestone. No communication from the store or anyone else outside of "socialcare@bfrc.com" in weeks of correspondence. 3/25/26 Update: The vehicle has now gone through 2 visits at a 3rd party shop to perform extensive inspections to ascertain the source of the rattling. Firestone's assessment was that the front control arms / ball joints be replaced at $942.98 and for some odd reason, the rear shocks also be replaced at $627.38. That was Firestone's fix. The actual fix? $70 in MISSING hardware from the left front brake assembly! This practice lines up with everything I've read online. Assess and assign ridiculous amounts to fix the problem hoping it will. Had I agreed to the work with Firestone, the rattling would still be there. Do not take your vehicle here. If it's their tires you're after, go to Discount tire. At least there you won't walk out with thousands in recommendations on issues that don't exist.

This visit demonstrated a complete disregard for customer instructions, vehicle care, and basic professionalism. Upon arrival, I clearly stated that I wanted only an oil change--no additional services, inspections, or disassembly. I was told the service would take approximately 20 minutes. I left my keys and walked next door, returning about 30 minutes later. When I returned, I found my vehicle with filters removed and parts disassembled, laid out across the top of my engine. This was done without my consent, despite my explicit instructions. When I questioned this, the attendant stated that "this is their process," dismissing the fact that I had declined any additional work. The situation worsened when I discovered oil smudges on my interior armrest after they pulled my car to the front and left it running. The staff attempted to wipe it off, leaving visible marks. The manager ultimately had to take my vehicle next door to have the interior cleaned.

I also like they not just smog test the vehicle but they perform free estimates with regards to tires, or anything your vehicle may require soon. I've said it before about this place it is one of the few shops that actually make me feel good after spending $1k+ lol. While talking to them I had them give me a quote for doing a heater/evap core on the same vehicle anybody who knows how labor intensive that is knows it is no small job. They quoted me a little over $2k and I know they will do a great job on that as well whenever I bring it back in and they will get another great review.
