Since my fan is mounted high on the ceiling, I had to hire an electrician to take it down. Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple fix, so we shipped it from Oklahoma all the way to Jason in Minnesota. He repaired it, and they shipped it back surprisingly quickly. The total cost was actually less than I expected. This Casablanca fan is 34 years old and had never given us a single problem until now. We really didn't want to replace it, and thanks to Jason, we didn't have to. I probably called him two or three times during the process, and every time he was polite, helpful, and patient. His staff was great as well. If you have a Casablanca fan that needs repair, I honestly believe Jason is the guy to call anywhere in the United States. Heck, for all I know, he may even repair them from overseas--I didn't ask! Great service, fair pricing, excellent communication, and a successful repair on a 34-year-old fan. So my husband and I decided to swing by one morning to look around for a washing machine. Upon entry, we were promptly greeted by an employee who asked if she could help us with anything, and she directed us to where we could browse washers as well as the scratch n dent area. I asked about installation and she informed us that delivery was a $40 fee and installation $80. That seemed agreeable to us, so we opted to do that. We found a washer we liked for around 40% off the list price new on the manufacturer's website. During checkout we figured out what day/time to have them deliver and install. We declined getting the warranty, though it was offered to us for $120. They taxed the machine and install but not delivery. There was no additional fee for paying by card. The showroom certainly has many options available, and you'll find the usual appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, ovens/stovetops, dishwashers, washer/dryers, along with chest freezers, mini fridge/wine coolers, water softeners, disposals, dehumidifiers, even an ice machine! They also have a parts department in the back if you need to repair something. There were no shortage of employees inside busy doing stuff. I'm used to so many places nowadays being ghost towns and having trouble flagging down an employee to help that this was honestly a nice surprise. We wanted to ensure we shopped a local business rather than hit up the Best Buy scratch n' dent place our realtor had recommended; no need to support the corporate elite. I used the restroom while there; it's spacious, modern, and they have the nice cushy toilet paper! The installers were prompt about arriving on the scheduled day. We were apparently missing an important couple of parts on our pipes, which they thankfully had on the truck, but it came with an unexpected additional cost of course. They did a sample run to ensure it was working, then left. Our first two washes went wonderfully, no issue. But the third spewed water EVERYWHERE when draining. We called for a follow-up and they scheduled it promptly for next day, free of charge. They were able to diagnose the issue was with our standpipe and advise us on recommended clog specialists to get the issue resolved ASAP.

Koehler overnight aired a new faucet to our home. Upon arrival, McFarland was told multiple times the faucet was leaking. They completely ignored ours & Koehler's request to replace the faucet & instead took the new faucet with them & blamed the water leak on something else. In turn, we were forced to pay a different plumber $175 only to come out & tell us what we already knew...the faucet was leaking. Here's where it gets horrible...I called back to McFarland and Marcia McFarland who answers the phones was completely rude, dismissive & short with me. She also forced me to call back to Koehler to open yet another ticket (which I presume would allow them to get paid for a 2nd trip) which meant another 45 min on hold. Upon connecting to a Koehler rep, I was told by the rep that apparently Marcia had already added notes essentially stating I was lying & the faucet wasn't leaking. I was furious at this point. Because of these notes, I had to capture a video of the leak (which I then did) & send to both Koehler & McFarland. Once the new ticket was created I called back to McFarland to schedule the 2nd visit. On the call I inquired about reimbursement for the $175 I paid the other plumber to come out & tell me the faucet was leaking. Marcia went off on me!! She has NO PLACE answering phones for a company! Sooooo RUDE! She was yelling at me stating they wouldn't come to my house now unless I signed a form stating they were not responsible for the $175. I disagreed...they are 100% responsible for us having to have a second plumber out to verify what they should have accepted the first time they were there. To wrap it up, Steve did come out and replaced the leaking faucet eventually & all works now. Unfortunately we are out the $175 and McFarland is to blame but we have no recourse outside of litigation. Avoid this company at all costs as they take zero responsibility for their mistakes.

Instead PJ said to come in and he would help make it right with a good deal on a different fridge. Purchased a new fridge this AM. PJ worked with me and i bought another fridge at a great price. It is refreshing to find a company that will stand behind what they sell. He owed me nothing as I knew that I purchased scratch and dent appliances and any warranty that might have existed had long expired. Great experience buying there - highly recommend!!
