Great service and they stand behind their work. Jack and Evelyn run a tight ship. 5 stars all the way.

A couple of months later, my car started "wiggling," so I took it back to them and it was just snow build up! They cleared it for me and only took 30 minutes.

He confirmed that as this incident was an error made by the store, the extra shipping charges would not be charged to me, and he has already taken the steps to have the tires Gold Streaked to the store with an ETA of Saturday. This is an example of exemplary customer recovery and care, and as such, I am changing my review to five stars. Mistakes happen, and when companies and staff stand up, own them, and address them, it should be both recognized and applauded. I will happily utilize this stores services in the future and recommend highly. *Original review* I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this store. I ordered studded tires several weeks ago. When I was finally notified that the tires had arrived, I brought in my vehicle expecting a straightforward appointment. Instead, I was told that the wrong tires had been ordered. What made the situation worse was being told that reordering the correct tires would cost an additional $200 if I wanted them sooner than two weeks from now. The employee I spoke with didn't seem concerned or interested in helping resolve the issue. Overall, this experience leaves a lot to be desired, and I will avoid this store in the future.

We really rented a car to visit the Mendenhall Glacier but once that beauty was seen, off to the world's smallest Costco side quest for lunch!! What's different here: - No gas/fuel center - No rotisserie chicken - No in-house bakery. They have baked goods, but from an outside bakery and selection is small. - No pizza in the food court. They have mostly everything else food-wise - we got the usual $1.50 hot dog combo. The food court is inside, and there's a small covered seating area outside. Besides the compactness and difference noted above, seems to me just like a regular Costco. The samples here are tasty and the same friendly staff. The outside backdrop is beautiful (just like the Costco in Bend, Oregon!). I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but will indulge him in Costco tourism for novelty reasons since we already had the car.

One of the most fun things to me is to visit Costco stores wherever I visit. I know that sounds…read moreweird, but each store has a section that stocks items that are unique to the area. This location in Juneau, Alaska is supposedly "the world's smallest Costco," and I have no reason to doubt that claim. This is a compact yet fully stocked warehouse that's a blast to browse! The parking lot is small, and the store is located off the main drag. there's a spectacular towering mountain as a backdrop. This Costco is tiny but has everything you may need. Note that prices, especially on produce, are a lot higher than you'd expect back home. For example, we regularly buy the huge bags of fresh oranges in Las Vegas for $8 a bag. Here, they cost $11. But it's a landlocked Alaskan town, so that's to be expected. I got a kick out of the Alaska-specific items on offer, like value packs of bear spray and clam guns. They sell a lot of gear that's useful for campers and people going fishing, too. There are even crab traps for sale! This location has a very tiny snack bar that's extremely popular with the locals. And yes, their famous hot dog still costs $1.50 here. Note that this location does NOT have a fuel center. They DO utilize the new scanner machines at the door, so you can easily use the electronic version of your membership card on your phone for easy and quick access (in case you forgot to bring your physical, plastic membership card). If you're looking for some retail entertainment, check out the Juneau Costco.
