In the end his prices were fairly reasonable considering it's alaska, and he got my jeep back on the road! Only downmarks at all if you can call it that is sometimes communication can be a bit slow. When I pointed this out to the owner, he pushed the broken pieces back into place, and told me "it's fine". At this point, unbidden the mechanic some over and said, "I didn't do that". I said ok but it wasn't broke when I dropped it off, and the owner told me to go to hell. I said I wouldn't be back, he said fuck you, he would write my name down so I couldn't come back. After just dropping 570 on a water pump. Easy as an apology and I would have been fine. What incredibly bad service.
