We pulled over to Loves Fuel depot on I-25 and they recommended Grabers Diesel Repair. The Graber team removed the tire, the metal, and used a repair plug but the hole diameter was too large so they installed the spare tire. Then they called several tire shops in Cheyenne and found a Firestone tire shop which was open. All in all, Grabers' spent over an hour with us and didn't charge for their time and materials. We are truly blessed by their kindness and support. I strongly recommend anyone in need of support to visit Grabers Diesel Repair. Barry

Graber mechanic inspected pads and rotors then called me to say I did not need to replace anything, I must have picked up some road dust, maybe while driving through New Mexico and Texas, but anyway they saved me $1500. The courtesy inspection they perform that is included with oil/filter change is very thorough. Antifreeze topped off, brake fluid topped off, transition fluid inspected, rear differential found pinion leak, topped off, took nearly three quarts of fluid. Also check all running lights, plus lube job So gratefully for the Graber team helping us put while on an extended rv trip.

Got back on the road for 2 hours and the water pump is spraying water and the fans aren't moving at all. After doing an in-depth inspection and no issue being found, Nate asked if he could drive it around to see if it happened again. After no issues during his drive, he brought it directly to me at the hotel we were at. He gave us ideas on what might have been the cause, answered all my questions (despite some of them probably being ridiculous!), and said they'd be happy to help if we have any issues in the future. These guys went way above and beyond amd showed true concern for our needs and car issues versus us just being a number and a paycheck. Words can't describe how grateful I am for their help and patience (and the fact that it didnt cost an arm and a leg just for no issues to be found!).

My experience with Wreckers Towing was absolutely amazing! I was in an accident and they arrived…read morewithin 15 minutes to help me out. After I had given my information to the police officer, I mentioned to the tow truck driver that it seemed like the officer didn't believe I was driving the speed limit since the other car (that caused the accident) had some axle damage. The tow truck driver said that type of car was basically a p.o.s. and that kind of damage was pretty common when they were involved in accidents. He then went over and explained that to the police officer and told him that I was probably going within the speed limit. He and his guy then got my car loaded onto their truck and let me sit inside to get warm while the police finished up. I had been delivering groceries and told the Wreckers owner I wasn't sure what to do since I still had the groceries in the back of my car. He had his wife meet me at the tow lot location, where she helped me load the groceries into her car so I could return them to the store. After that she gave me a ride home since I had no one else I could call. If that's not going above and beyond for your customer, I don't know what is! Also, I was pretty shook up after the accident and all the way to the tow yard, the owner very calmly talked to me and got me back into a good state of mind. He was incredible! I really can't say enough good words about the owner and his wife. They are both amazing people and I'll never forget their kindness that day. They turned a very bad day into a not so bad day, after all! Thank you to both of them!!

In 2023 I purchased Weatherpeak Tires from Fat Boys Tire, which they had recommended. After only…read more30K miles, the tires need to be replaced, but Fat Boys would NOT process a warranty refund. They did nothing, and they didn't call me back as promised! So I drove over to Discount Tires and they calculated for me a generous refund without hesitation. Naturally, I purchased new tires from them as well. Not sure if Fat Boys is under new ownership, but they have turned out to be a real disappointment...and their appearance/demeanor just doesn't instill confidence. Go back to school "Boys"...go back to school!
