Late this past summer, our mother in law was involved in a serious accident. Mother was shaken and in pain for months, and the kids that hit her had no insurance! I took our 2000 Dodge Dakota to several big name collision repair centers and they had huge estimates and seemed uninterested and were obviously just in business to gouge insurance companies. One conversation with Gary, and I knew I had finally found the right shop. First off, Gary's shop is clean, there's not a bunch of junk and garbage all over the place. Also, Gary himself took care of us from start to finish. His estimate was entirely fair and nearly HALF of what the others were charging for the same work! We picked up our Dodge today and WOW! I can't believe it's the same truck that barely crawled onto his lot. He and his team did an amazing job, matching the paint, replacing the passenger door, repairing the fender, the trim etc. The truck was washed, vacuumed and even smelled nice. While in the shop I was shown sone projects and some items were explained about what they could do and offer. When I do strech my Jeep I will have it done here. May 26, 2016- I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership. June 1, 2016- I took the vehicle to the service center because it was pulling to the left. They re-aligned the vehicle and I left. June 3- vehicle still pulling, made an appointment for June 8 June 8, 2016- took vehicle in. They re-aligned the vehicle and found a safety bulletin requiring the rims and tires be replaced. At the same time, they found an oil leak that had been there since before I drove away. The leak was coming from the crankshaft seal, or so they thought. They looked through their internal records and discovered that this seal had been replaced on this vehicle once before (it was in their loaner fleet). So they replaced the seal, again, but that did not solve the leak. They determined it was the cam shaft actuator that was causing the leak. June 8, 2016- I went to the dealership and asked if I could exchange the vehicle for a more expensive one. They told me that I would have to trade in my purchase to do so. They would give me $15000 for my trade, which was half of the sale price that I paid 2 weeks prior. So, my BRAND NEW car has been in the shop for 1/3 of the time that I have owned it. They will only give me half the value of the purchase or I have to drive a car that I don't trust. I am currently trying to resolve this issue but I doubt the dealership will help considering the Customer Experience Manager, Jim Mossey, would not talk to us when we asked to speak to him. UPDATE!! I spoke with Dallas and he took care of everything. They figured out how to take the defective car and roll back the loan. Then they helped me get into an even better car that I love!! Amazing customer service!

I was just a walk in curious about what they could do and was greeted by a very helpful associate who was very knowledgeable about the process. I went i to the sound room ( room full of speakers) and she helped me pick the speaker that I wanted by playing music through the many choices. Once I made my selection she made an invoice and gave me a quote. I thought this was a fair price, and was well worth it for the finished product. After dropping my car off for the scheduled appointment at 9 am they took about till 1:30pm to call and say my car was finished. The end product sounded amazing looked very professionally done and have no complaints. I love my new set up and will be back if I ever wanna upgrade anything else.

All the guys there know who I am and don't treat me different because I am a woman; most of them know me by first name on the phone, what cars I own, etc. The owner has some of the best mechanics around and is always there to help, give advice and feedback, guide us in the right direction, troubleshoot, etc. It is great to see other people who are passionate about motorsports and racing. The fact I trust these guys with my car means I would easily trust them with my life. The owner once told me he took over this place because he couldn't trust a garage and decided the best way to remedy that was to run his own. You can't argue with that! For racers (SCCA Time Trials, Time Attack, Club Racing, Solo) they offer every service possible: Corner balancing, full race support, performance parts and installation, advice, troubleshooting, ECU upgrades, and they also rent race cars as well as offer driver services. For the everyday driver they offer basic services like fluid changes, tire mount and balance, mechanical work, etc. These guys have never lied to me or steered me astray or stretched the truth to make a sale. Their shop prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and they don't round their time up or attempt things they don't know how to do (which I haven't found yet).
