One was small crack in the back of the house under my siding, this crack leads into my garage which has a 3 ft cement wall which also had a crack in it. First time I called Nick was back in 2018. I had a deck removed and there was a crack on the outside foundation which went into the sub basement and which lead into the my garage which has 3ft cement wall. I was having a sunroom built in that that spot where the deck use to be. The builder who was building the sunroom told me to have the crack fixed before he would put down the cement post for the sunroom. The person who was buiding the sunroom told me the builders never put flashing under the deck & under the siding. I went into the garage and I could actually see sunlight coming into the garage from the crack on the outside where the deck use to be. We had torrential rainfall for 2 days and I couldn't believe how much water was coming in from the outside crack into the crack in the garage. I called Saber Concrete Repair the next day Nick came out to look at it. He had to go into the sub basement where he saw the hugh crack. He came the next day and fixed the cracks not only on the outside, but in the sub basement and in the garage wall. He had to inject the walls from inside of the sub basement into the garage wall and held them together with pins. Still holding together since 2018. I signed a 30 year Warranty that they will not honor. I got an outside opinion of what was wrong and they did NOT prepare the base properly. They skipped the proper process on the whole installation and will NOT ANSWER my emails or texts. They KNOW the installation was done WRONG but do not stand behind their Warranty!! This "company" is the worst of the worst!!!!! Avoid them and get a real reputable company to do your cement or concrete work
