(My husband originally found this office from a tooth emergency and told me I had to go in and see this dentist that he was different and very gentle and patient. ) they have always been absolutely amazing with me!!!! From the front office, to the dental hygienist, the dentist and everyone on staff has been so gentle, patient and I mean patient (tears and panic at times) and never got frustrated with me, never made me feel bad, never felt judged & always let me take a moment when needed and were gentle and kind with me. They have built a ton of trust with me, the work has all been excellent. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them!

I speak for my own experience, I had my temp crown on and water on a call from the office to schedule me when they have my crown ready. When I didn't get a call I figured to follow up up and call. So, the person who answered the phone said oh yeah ( it has been here with). In my mind was thinking why I didn't get a call to finish the work? However, I just wanted to get it done and ignored the comment. This caused me to lose trust on the front office process and if it wasn't for the doctor, I would have gone to a completely different office. The doctor did a great Job treating me ( I get it is not a specific person fault but it is the office problem to follow up and prioritise appointments.

I have tried to call to get it rectified on multiple occasions at this point and left with the "we will resubmit to your insurance for a fourth time" response. I have a DHMO family plan and this is my assigned provider, I have received my EOB from the insurance and even called them to verify my coverage. Under the plan the provider agrees to a discounted rate to be considered a network provider, the insurance paid the allowable rate for each service per the agreement. Now the provider's office is billing me for the "discount" directly and even sent my bill to their external business office to act as collections. The office even quoted a different amount for non-covered services than what was billed. $86 for fluoride that I was told would be a $5 up charge?
