Received an appointment there for my teeth. Arrived and when they got me back in chair. Was not clean. I did not see any precautions covering the instruments. When I got my consultation was not told of any charges I was to pay because I had Dental Insurance. A few weeks later I get a bill from them for $400 dollars. I called and asked them what this was for? Lady Very Rude with me on the phone and said I need to pay. They did nothing to help me with the pain but charge me. It's not fair and not right! A friend who raved to me how well he liked his dentist in Mesa convinced me to visit him from where I live in Las Vegas and while there get a free consultation at Wellness Dental.He was very happy with the extensive dental work he received thereand he knew I needed a lot of dentistry. since I was unimpressed with the dentists I had seen in Las Vegas I made the drive and got a free consultation there during my visit.with him. I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.I found the prices there to be so much more affordable than the treatment plans I had received at three different Las Vegas dental offices.It penciled out to where even with a few trips to Mesa it still saved me a lot of money.Also the office was much cleaner and had way more modern and advanced equipment than the other offices I had consulted with. Dr Jenkins completed my five crowns and four fillings and a few other things I needed in only two more trips and afternoon visits and they got me in to get my teeth cleaned there by a very nice hygienist the afternoon of my consultation. My teeth look great now and I couldn't be happier with the great work that Dr.Jenkins did for me,,the price I paid and with my friend for hooking me up with such an excellent Dental office and Dentist. read more

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and professional appearance of the office and staff to the amazing and very thorough cleaning I received by Lynn to the exam by the dentist. The first time I went to the Mesa Office, WOW!!! Everyone was so very nice there. I dont think I've ever been to an office where each person came up and either introduced themselves to me or just came up and said hello and welcomed me to their Practice. A few people that really stood out to me were of course Dr.Han, hes very kind and extremely gentle because listen you really want that in your Dentist right! And my favorite person is Kriste the Lab Tech she has done so much treatment for me. She has always worked so wonderful with my schedule and is so talented in her work there isnt anything she cant fix! And Tracy what a power ball she is the kindest lady who is willing to help you with anything! She makes you want to refer your friends and family to their Practice. Friends, I'm telling you this is an amazing Dental Practice, its clean, the Dentist is very gentle, and Darla the receptionist is very kind, what a terrific personality! She is willing to help with your paperwork, your insurance, whatever you need help with this is your gal! And she is one of the first people you will meet. After meeting her you know your in the right place. Please give them a call you will be glad you did. You wont find a better dental office in the Valley!! read more

Best dental experience ever! I was immediately greeted by friendly staff at the front and only sat for 5 minutes before I was taken back! The dental assistants and dentists were extremely kind and professional! They also take kiddos! My 6 year old daughter and 3 year old son had a fantastic experience, as well! We went to the Mesa location both times, and I am so excited to finally have found a dentist our whole family is happy with! I would recommend this place 100 times over! read more

I have been going to wellness dental for about 2 years now. Doctor Phillips who is not there anymore was an excellent dentist And implantologist. Since then I Have been seen doctor Lee , Who has replaced 3 old Crowns. He is an excellent Diagnostician and dentist. All the staff I have seen I had been excellent. Kudos to my dental hygienist who got me using an electric toothbrush! Also I want to shout out to T, Who is relentless at getting my temporary crowns perfected. She is very patient and kind. Of course I can't forget Julie Who is knowledgeable and relentless on getting a claim paid. Wellness dental is Not only excellent in service but The fees are very reasonable. Went in for one bad tooth and came out with a bridge covering three teeth. Bridge didn't fit well. Went back twice to get it worked on. Still does not fit. My teeth don't come together like they should. Now it is very painful and sensitive. Will not go back a third time. Looking for new Dentist. read more

Be aware of their finance options. Once they approved me for financing and told me where to sign on the dotted line, they failed to explain if you cancel your appointment they will charge you 10% of the amount financed. Yep, I was told sign here and here, all in a few minutes (no time to read the fine print so they could get to the next person) no explanation of office policy charging 10% if the services weren't used. I canceled my appointment well over 3 weeks prior due to an unforeseen financial difficulty that came up but somehow my email mysteriously vanished! I also spoke to an office worker named Shelley and told her I needed to cancel, but low and behold she did not relay that to anyone (apparently the phones will roll over to other offices if that particular line is busy), thus causing a communication gap. Now the finance company has sent my account to collections and is charging me all kinds of charges and I DIDN'T even have any work done or use one dollar of the loan. Wellness Dental wants to charge me over $700 dollars for their lack of communication and not being upfront and explain to you that you will be charged %10 should you need to cancel .......AND the loan docs sent to me says I am not liable for any monies until I have services done. But Wellness Dental deposited the $7500 check, has told me to put it in writing for them to send the check back to GreenSky but will only send the amount minus 10%. This is like me going to a furniture store or car dealership, getting qualified, then decide not to buy at that time, then charge me 10% of what the car was going to cost. I have NEVER heard of this type of office policy....ugh read more
