I recently found out they accepted kids in their clinic n right away switched both of my kids. Best decision i've made. Dr. Molta is a highly professional & adapts to your children's needs along with taking the time to be thorough and meet your children where they are at to gain comfortability. I had a major surgery coming up and I needed to have my dental issues clear before the surgery. A male Spanish speaking dentist worked on them, at the very same moment he installed the first bridge I told him that it didn't feel right, the owner of the place came and worked on it for a few minutes assuring me that after a few days it would feel fine, that I needed to get used to it. on the second bridge he installed a provisory one. I called a few days later and send many emails saying that the bridge he installed didn't feel right, that food was getting stuck and shape was not matching the rest of my molar structure, the color was way off compared to the rest of the teeth and I had a sensation when chewing. They ignore my messages for a long time. When they finally responded, they did so with the assumption that I was going there to pay for the one that I had the temporary tooth worked on. I told them that I needed the one that was given me issues fixed. They said in an email that I needed to pay for the temporary bridge over $5000 in order for them to fix what they did wrong. In January a few months after my surgery, I responded saying that I only wanted them to fix what they did wrong with my bridge, basically I wouldn't allow them to work on my mouth on the other bridge. They were only thinking on the money without any regard for my health, they were upset because I complained that the bridge they installed was a mess. And kept saying that it was me that I didn't like it. I told them that is not about like or not liking it, I complained because they did a terrible job with it, and to this date is causing lots of issues and discomfort. Then they send me a message saying that they didn't want me in their office again and saying that they will not send me to collection for a balance due on my account (I don't owe them anything, I paid a lot of money for the bridge they messed up). unless they also charge to answer emails. I am very upset and disappointed with Stapleton Dentistry of Cary. They treated me very badly, unprofessionally and without any compassion even though I explained to them that I was going to have a major surgery. to this date I am still struggling and suffering with the messed they did on my mouth, trying to save up to go see a professional dentist. Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!! (I know they will comment saying that they are sorry for the way I feel, but didn't do anything to correct the issue, and won't do anything after the review)

I was able to return to work no problem. Considering I didn't want to go, I left feeling like this is definitely something I can keep up with. Very Disappointing Experience - Lack of Transparency and Poor Communication…read more I visited this clinic today for my second periodic evaluation, which should have been covered under the in-house insurance plan I purchased from them (which includes two free visits). However, I was shocked to be charged $262 today without any prior notice. They claimed that because I used a different insurance for a tooth removal at another visit, my in-house insurance was void. This was never communicated to me--neither when I used the other insurance nor at the start of today's visit. At no point did anyone inform me that I would be charged or that my plan was no longer valid. This lack of transparency and failure to communicate important information is unacceptable. Patients deserve to be clearly informed about their benefits and any potential charges before services are rendered. I feel misled and extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this practice to others.

There are some good office staff also. I went to Royal Oak Dental yesterday to have a temporary crown removed and a new crown put in place. The person that was to remove the temp crown started working on me but it was painful and I didn't know what to expect . This person was tugging at pullng the temp crown off pulled back with the instrument she was using and cut my lip she was not aware she did that until she saw the blood. I didn't have trust in her after that. Treat a patient like a person not a machine. I eventually had a numbing agent . Dr Smith is very clever and I believe he is good at what he does. He finally came along and gave me a perfunctory one liner that could infer I was responsible for this injury. He did what he had to do with the crown and stated he would come back when I had numerous xrays. Dr Smith never came back he must have got too busy.

So creepy. 2. After my 1st appt the receptionist said they get paid extra for getting patients to write 5-star google reviews. Now I see they have to do this bc IMO no one would give them otherwise. 3. This theme of unprofessionalism got worse. I experienced: the dentist shoving his groin and male member into my arm, even though I asked him to stop; he HANDED ME A SUCTION WAND AND TOLD ME TO DO MY OWN SUCTION in the middle of my own procedure! My 1st visit, I was "helped" by a woman who had zero dental experience and told me all about her last job, in retail. She stood there doing nothing while I had to get my own x-ray apron, had bits of things flying out of my mouth and inhaled them bc she didn't do anything, and when I asked for a simple pillow due to an injury, she handed me some dirty, uncovered thing that wasn't a normal object. No empathy. 4. I needed a crown. There are competency & quality issues here. The 1st crown was so big I kept biting my tongue. The 2nd crown chipped before it even got to stay in my mouth. It had to be sent back a 3rd time. More than I've had with any other dentist. No apology for this inconvenience. 5. In the last 3 days, I have gone back to this office 4 times. The Twice the temporary crown fell off completely, the 3rd it broke in half while I basically doing nothing. The 1st visit was 90 minutes, the other 2 were at least 40. For a temp crown!? Dr. Omad micromanages his assistants; they seem annoyed at him then they don't do what he says. 6. After my 4th failed temp crown in 3 days, he tries to weasel out of it, didn't want to see me til after the weekend. What were you eating, was it hard? We had this conversation the 1st 3 times his temp crown failed; each time it was the temp crown not anything I was doing. He can question me but I can't question him. Any sane human in my position would've been frustrated at this point, so I said my build up needs to be protected, I don't want coffee and other things getting on it. He should want that too At this point, he says that if i'm questioning his competency, I can go elsewhere. Because he's allowed to ask me dumb questions and I can't say, why does this keep happening? 7. I asked him why the double standard. He always blames things that don't exist like some imaginary "tone" that he thinks I have, apparently normal human frustration for coming to see him 4 times this week due to his bad work isn't something he can handle, but it's ok to waste my time. He interrupts me constantly while I'm talking, trying to stop me from talking. He gets facts wrong. I tell him I'm going to change the google review his assistant asked me for. He passive-aggressively says, "yeah, sure, you can do that!" like someone's just given him a gift. So here's your gift. 8. He doesn't tell me this ahead but he brings his wife and crying baby when he begrdudingly shows up to replace my 4th temporary. Doesn't introduce her but has her do suction. I know from the past she's also a dentist and the only reason she's there is to cover his arse bc he's being negligent. The whole time he is being passive-aggressive, jerking me around in the chair, doing things he knows I don't like, even though I'm reminding him. He hands me a letter as I leave w/ a fake "thank you for being my patient and now we are terminated" as if I wanted to see him. What a coward. I asked if this was a joke. All he and his wife say back in his passive-aggressive way is "ok." 9. No referrals or emergency services offered, against dental regulations. 10. He rubbed groin my arm a few times. 11. The blond young assistant/girl at front desk never says hi or bye. This is how he trains his staff.
