I had been told by countless friends to do business here and now i know why. I showed up at 9 a.m and withing 5 minutes my car was on the rack. i was taken to it and showed what needed to be done and given a price. i waited 35 minutes and was called back to my car and I was shown the work that was done as stated (beautifully done I will add) and by the time I was halfway to work I realized only an hour and 1 minute had elapsed since I showed up at AM. My car is now whisper quiet. Tony and Jermey (the technician) were some of the friendliest people I've met anywhere. Great job AM!!! I appreciate your business model. Your style. My daughter needed a new muffler so I called affordable muffler and they got us in the first appt at 9am on a Saturday and done by 10am. The whole exhaust needed replaced and they did it for $279! The next week my other daughter needed an exhaust so we thought. She took it to a place near her and the garage quoted her $1400! We took it to Affordable Muffler and the exhaust had just come loose so they put in a couple of bolts for NO CHARGE!!! Shame on the garage guy who was taking full advantage of a young vulnerable girl. Thank you Affordable Muffler for your honest and affordable work! Took my wifes wheelchair van here 3 months ago (not a stock exhaust due to modification for the ramp) they replaced ,as far as I could tell everything exept the muffler, fast and less than the parts would have cost to do it myself. Van was quiet no complaints. This weekend the van got loud and the muffler fell off. Ok ... I totally understand that the muffler appeared to be ok when they did the work and expected to,at least, pay for the parts. They looked at the van. Next thing I know.."Your van is ready" handed me the keys and said have a nice day. I asked are you sure. "that was our mistake". Honesty and good work. Can I give 8 stars read more

The name says it all...what it doesn't say is the integrity Tony and Pete operate the business, the old fashioned way...with a fair price, exceptional customer service, dedicated staff, timely service and a handshake Over the course 25 years they have saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars. We went here before opening time and there was already a huge line. However that's not a problem, they move fast, efficient and do it correctly. Unfortunately our wait time exceeded a couple hours but it was all worth it. The owner Hooked us big time for the inconvenience. These guy's reviews are already on point but now they get even more kudos for looking out for us. Starting Nov 01, 2025 Affordable Muffler will be closed on Saturdays. I was there at 7:45 today (Friday 10/17) waiting for open and 2 snuck in front of me. Be prepared for customers that act like they are clever. I wouldn't say anything to them as I talked to others in line outside the door. It's their conscience, as I wouldn't have done that to them. Just went to Affordable Muffler for the first time today. Could not recommend them more highly. Was in and out in under an hour. Tony was extremely friendly at the desk, and the guy who actually did the work took me out to look under the car while it was up on the lift. Price was also great. They were very fair and even discouraged me from getting additional work done that they thought could wait for quite a while. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

I never write reviews but this place was great. I was sent her by an auto shop and Tony could not have been more friendly. I felt as if I'd known him for years! He was quick to call with an estimate and my car was ready within an hour after the estimate. It is first come first serve as other reviews have said. NEVER had a bad experience here. They are not out to take advantage of anyone which is AMAZING. I've had all my exhaust work done here. In fact, one of my son's had the exhaust fall off his car, and not only did they not try to sell him a new one, they also attached the transmission mount properly after the very overpriced shop we took it to and had the clutch replaced failed to do so - At no charge! Tony is a true professional. I was super impressed how he handled his business. They had me in and out in less then 30 minutes. The shop is clean and in great shape. It is first come, first serve.
