They have short 2 hour windows for appointments which is great that I didn't have a 4+ hour window of time I needed to wait for them to come. The gentlemen, Mike and Andre, that cleaned a clogged pipe we had with a giant snake, were really pleasant, kept everything clean and kept me informed about what their doing and what their recommendations were. Once they finished the work, I had another gentlemen come, Justin, who was an inspector and checked that the pipes we have are still good and there aren't any additional issues I should worry about. He too was really kind and allowed me to view exactly what he was seeing and walked me through the process. It was also nice that none of them tried to upsell me on additonal services or add ons. This inspector service was recommended to me and was free of charge. The snake drain cleaning was their most basic service for what I needed and was $700. I didn't do much shopping around so I don't know how their rate compares to others. Overall, I had a really good experience with them and would recommend it especially if you have urgent plumbing needs.

He left my bathroom a mess; he left my garage a mess and he left a bagster in my driveway overflowing with his trash. He told me he would clean it up but he didn't; he stopped taking our calls so we had to call and pay bagster ourselves. He didn't even complete half the job and left us with a mess. BEWARE!

We received a call back right away and they sent out a technician that afternoon. He was clean, courteous & upfront about the plan to clear the clog and the companies pricing. After the snake didn't clear the clog he used a camera and then a water jet to clear our line. Unfortunately the problem returned very shortly after and having lost faith that Call The Bee was able to fix our problem we called another local company. They came out same day, cleared the line and charged approximately the same price. Feeling like we shouldn't have had to have another technician out so soon and incur another charge, we reached out to Call The Bee and spoke with them. Yes, we should have given them a chance to fix the problem instead of calling another company but as I stated, we'd lost faith in them. But, we , I, was wrong. They (Call The Bee) were more than responsive to our problem. Took the time to hear us and wanted the invoice from the second company we called. Lo and behold one week later a check for the ENTIRE amount of our second plumber (slightly over $1,000) was sent to us. Call the Bee truly did all they could to rectify the situation and leave us as satisfied customers.

Update: This company went from a great experience, to the worst experience. My secondary heat…read moresource went out during the winter and I called for a service checkup. After about 15 minutes of work I was told the condenser had to be replaced due to mice chewing the electrical wires. I could understand this. Here is where the issue comes in. The technician first said it would be $3400 to replace. He then went to his truck and came back to tell my wife it would actually be $8,000, but they added a discount so I would Pay $6,000. The total cost of the whole install (condenser unit + 4 wall units) was 12,000. So just to replace the condenser is over half the cost of the initial install. I called to complain and spoke with the service manager. The service manager essentially explained to me that this was accurate because if they did the install today it would be 23,000. So they evidently had a 100% price increase. I then explained the invoice showed the unit itself as 2,000 and then labor as 6,000. He explained to me that was untrue, that due to the new invoice system they have, they can just put numbers anywhere essentially, so I should ignore the invoice. I explained my frustration and how that does not make any sense and I am not paying 6,000 for a condenser and labor. He said he understood and would escalate it higher and I would get a call later that day or the next. It's going on 3 days now and I have not heard back. This company went from one of my top rated to near highway robbery. I cannot reccomend them to anyone at this point, and will need to look into alternatives to get my heat back in the winter.
