This…read morefeedback comes after a direct, difficult discussion with the owner/manager of this family business to ensure there is no confusion regarding which location provided this experience. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience that started with the service department and ended with a complete lack of leadership. When I expressed my frustration, the manager's response was effectively, "service is bad everywhere." There was no apology or "how can I help?" Instead, I was given excuses about how difficult it is to find personable technicians and why I should essentially accept a subpar experience. It's clear management is more focused on preserving "margins" than providing professional service. If good service is hard to find, I'd still rather take my business to someone who actually tries. Being content with providing a horrible customer experience is a choice, and it's one this business has made. Recommendation: Save yourself the headache and go to Pony Powersports instead. They seem to understand that protecting the bottom line shouldn't come at the expense of the person standing in front of them.

Randy, the owner, was flexible with the times I could bring it in for an estimate. They did an excellent job repairing my car and finished it a day earlier than they promised. I needed some other bodywork done, which was unrelated to the claim from the person who backed into me. This bodywork was on the front bumper of my car, resulting from a youngster who fell off of his scooter and caused the scooter to put a huge dent in my front bumper. Randy said he would fix that big dent himself and I could pay him instead of having to file a claim with my insurance company, as the youngster was only about 11 years old and I didn't get the contact information for his parents. He charged me a very reasonable price for the front bumper and did a great job on it too. My car also needed some intense cleaning on the interior due to the fabric of the seats, which stains easier than I have ever seen anything stain! I have tried to clean it myself about 30 times using many types of upholstery repair and natural substances. All that happened is that the stains spread out more. Randy said he has an excellent detailer who will definitely be able to get all those stands up and clean other things on the interior. He said he would arrange to contact him and schedule it while my car was in his shop for repairs. The detailer's name is Paul Johnson, who I had heard of before due to the great work he does! And he did an awesome job with the interior, including the trunk! My car looked like a brand new car! All of that work was finished in four days! They are very hard workers and don't take advantage of people!

Discouraged I would ever get my car fixed, I was recommended to Van Dyne Automotive and was assured if anyone could fix it, they could. It's a small place and I had never heard of them before but I took another chance and I am very happy I did. The mechanic Brian was very busy but fit me in right away, I was waiting on my friend to pick me up as I figured it would take days to figure out like all the other places did, but before my ride arrived, Brian had already found and repaired the issue that was making my car run so badly. I was shocked and in disbelief, but he assured me that it was definitely what was causing the problem, he explained it all to me but I don't remember what it was, it seemed complicated to me but Brian said it a simple repair that the other places missed. I don't know if he has magic powers or is just really awesome at his job, but my car has never ran better, it's smoother and quieter than it was when it was new! I am so thankful for finding this place, I only spoke with Brian as he was the only one there, I don't know how he manages to do it, as he was fixing cars, answering the phone, and checking people in at the front desk, but he is my hero for helping me even when he was so busy already, he didn't even charge me for the magic he worked! I offered to pay him anything for helping me save my car and not having to buy a new one, but he declined and said he was happy to help.
