My refrigerator went out while I was out of town. I called Affordable Services at about 8 am and there was a repair man there within the hour. They were able to locate the new part and came back out the same day to fix it. Prices very reasonable as well. That is as good as it gets!!! read more

Very unsatisfied. 2 months ago I had repair man out to look at my oven. He told me he was almost certain it was a bad circuit board which was discontinued. But my oven had started working again before he had gotten there. So he said to be sure he had to actually see what it was doing even though I told him exactly what it was doing. So oven worked for a while then quit again. I called their business and talked to Secretary. Then a day later i talked to repair man again. I told him exactly what oven was doing which was shutting off after ten seconds of being turned on. He told me again he needed to see it to be sure. Of course I'm thinking if he needs to see it he's going to test it somehow maybe even open it up. He shows up at my house walks to oven. Turns it on. It flashes off after ten seconds. Says to me yep it's the circuit board which is discontinued but that'll be 48 dollars for today. So if you ask me they extremely unfair work practices. He did not need to see my oven.again. It was obvious he already knew what was wrong and just trying to get another 48.5 out of me. This gets even better or worse I should say then i asked him why I should pay for a service call that I only agreed because of his dishonest work ethics. He replies by yelling at me you will give me my f------- 48.5. Or you'll give me something worth 48.5!!! All of this was done knowingly within earshot of my daughter. I told him he better leave. Then for a good minute he was screaming cuss words in my front yard!! I don't know if this man was owner or just works for them. Anyway very unprofessional and dishonest!!! read more
