They came in fully ready, with a sizeable crew and got the job done in less than an hour. They removed absolutely everything and exceeded my expectations. I ended up meeting Oscar, and shortly after, we had him come out to look our rental property in Glendora that needed quite a bit of trimming (multiple palm trees, an avocado tree, fig tree, birds of paradise, etc.). I left work earlier than normal so I could meet him early enough so he could go on with his day. We met and he looked over the job the said he would send me a quote. That was the last time I heard from him. I texted him the next afternoon to inquire about the quote and he never replied. It's been over a week and I haven't received a quote or even a response to my text. This is a poor way to handle customers and was a waste of my time to contact Eric. I understand that people get busy and if that's the case then professional curiosity would be to notify your potential clients that you don't have the time or desire to do the job. This is just poor customer service.
