Waited until 9:30 but never got a call. So I called them- auto answer system put me on hold but I gave up holding after 3:30 elapsed. Called back a few minutes later- auto answer says they're busy and will return my call, which they didn't. So 15 minutes later I call and reach a person. He has to put me on hold while he calls a tech in the field but at least I have a time now. But frustrated at having to work at it. Since I'd always gotten great service (except their billing) before I had to ask the guy if they were under new ownership or management and no suprise he said that Sept 2024 they were bought out by Culligan. I found where my old tech left for because I'm not having a good feeling about the used to be All Rite now Culligan branch.
