Beef & chicken kabobs with rice and salad

The food is AMAZING and always cooked to order so it's hot! The service is great and they always make sure that you are satisfied with everything. We have been coming here for years.

Great service great price. Very filling. The bread was fresh. My favorite part had to be the chickpeas and the spinach meat was very tender and juicy.

At one point, when my friend and I mentioned that we had been waiting a long time for our food, a staff member responded sarcastically, saying, "We can't give you a ride in a car to bring your food." This kind of response was completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It made an already frustrating situation even worse Mr. Atif and Kashif's behavior was even worse. The lady working there knew it was going to be busy (especially with Ramadan ending), yet she was constantly on the phone and not attentive. Even simple questions like "What do you recommend?" were met with poor service. The food itself is good, I can't complain about that. However, the portions for the price are not worth it. On top of that, the ice cream area was completely unsanitary. I had already paid, and it was very difficult to get a refund. I had to wait more than 15 minutes for someone to assist me, while a man who seemed like the owner or manager was yelling in the kitchen. I decided to order based on previous reviews, but my experience was nothing like that. While serving my ice cream, some of it fell onto the counter, and instead of discarding it, he picked it up with his hand ( with a glove) and put it back in the cup. That was unacceptable. The pistachio topping was left completely open on the counter, right next to where people were passing by in line. I was given just a small portion (maybe 8-10 oz) with a spoon of pistachio for $12--not worth it at all. Overall, not worth the visit.

Lots of foot traffic and people picking up take-out. The gentleman behind the cash register was quick to greet me and polite. He took my order quickly. I love beverages, so I ordered two: Chai and a mango lassi. The Chai was karak Chai, so it was stronger than I am used to. The mango lassi (which I essentially consumed for dessert) was delicious. I've never met a lassi I didn't like! I ordered the 'Special Grill', which had one kebab of lamb, beef, and chicken each. It was served over rice with veggies, a side of chickpeas, and I ordered one basket of butter naan, too. I did my best to use the naan to pick up the food, but alas, I had to fall back on my western ways and use a fork. In terms of flavor, all three meats were seasoned well. After each bite, the spices lingered in your mouth. There wasn't heat, per se, but the mix of spices was still delicious. I say that of the three meats, the lamb was the best. And the chickpeas complemented all three meats beautifully! I look forward to returning and trying more menu items!

But once I took my first bite, I was hooked. Hands down, this was the best gyro/pita-style sandwich I've ever had! I ordered a mix of lamb, chicken, falafel, and gyro meat, and every single bite was incredible. The flavors were bold, the meat was perfectly seasoned, and the sauces were out of this world. The bread, which was similar to naan, took everything to the next level--it was soft, warm, and perfect for wrapping up all that deliciousness. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful food that will blow your expectations out of the water, don't skip this place. It may not look like much, but trust me, it's worth it! I'm already planning my next visit.

Overall, if chicken kabobs were on the Cheesecake Factory menu, this version would be on the skinnylicious menu for those counting calories and preferring a healthier less indulgent version since flavors seem muted and textures appear lacking due to insufficient oil/grease.

First the positives: I ordered the Gyro with fries and really enjoyed it. Not the best Gyro I have ever had, but good. The other three members of my family ordered different chicken dishes and all three were bad. Overall they were very bland. Using a little seasoning during cooking goes a long way. The chicken on the dishes seemed boiled. I guess this is an easy way to get tender chicken, but man does it remove the flavor! My wife's chicken had tendon and grizzle through out. My daughter's Marsala was gross. Seemed to be a Jared gravy. The wait staff really should not be wearing jeans, especially since the dining room seems nice (except for the paper table cloths.). One of the waitresses had ugly tattoos which no one wants to see at a nice place like this. It's a shame. This place has potential, but the food and wait staff drag it down HARD.
