I had really bad water damage in my ceilings when was roof was bad. HOA finally took care of our roof in November so it was the best time to call Quality Interiors for the job! Workers bagged off the 2 rooms with plastic as well as my hallway, down the stairs, and to the garage. I love that this was done so that everything is clean when the job is finished. Water was sprayed to help scrap off the "popcorn" on the ceiling. Drywall was brought in since I had a big hole in the corner of my ceiling from the rain. Ceiling was then texture to match my walls. Company came back the next day to paint and primer the ceilings! Plastic was used again and I love this method. They remove after work is completed. I highly recommend Quality Interiors to everyone! I saw he was painting a house in our community and got an estimate from him for a rental property I own. I did not even hired him. I told him I would call him and he showed up with the paint. I felt sorry for him as he was obviously desperate to get a job. Rather than being thankful he was horrible and argued about every correction I requested. He came to my home to drop keys and immediately asked for a check. Did not ask if he had met our expectations and we were happy with the service. Again horrible job!

My wood was severely busted and he did a good job repairing it. He even painted trim portions of my garage which he didn't have to. He went out of his way to uninstall lighting fixtures and reinstall them. He painted underneath areas that were very hard to reach including on the second floor roof and underneath heavy bushes. He didn't leave a spot untouched. He also powerwashed and painted a few inches below the dirt line. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him for referrals or a next painting job! Make sure to ask for using different types of paint options. (I asked to upgrade to Evershield exterior paint and it looks fantastic).

I have used MP&M twice, referred them to countless family, and friends. They do a decent job…read morepainting, although they are a little bit sloppy--most recently getting paint on door fixtures and on carpet in some places, and cracking grout in a bathroom they weren't even painting. My real problem with this company is the dishonesty and lack of integrity shown by the owner James. He brags that he has been in this business for 30+ years and that you should trust his experience and expertise. However, he recently did a job for my boyfriend and I where he bid the job at $2390, took a $500 deposit, and scheduled the job to start 30+ days later. Two days before the work was to commence--keep in mind that we had carpet installers, duct cleaners, and other home remodeling pros lined up to start the day after the painting was to finish--James came over and said he needed to up the charges to $2880. He apologized, but his apologies were crocodile tears, and said he never cashed the deposit because he realized that he had underbid the job. Remember this was now about 30 days later. This so called expert made a 20% miscalculation in his bid and waited four weeks to bring it to our attention. Had James called two days after his original bid and told us that he made a mistake, and gave us the option of getting additional bids, or thinking about whether the $490 increase would put us over budget, we might not be so angry. But he held us hostage for 30 days, came over two days before the job was to start, and seeing all the boxes everywhere, knew we were under duress, and would have to agree to the additional $490 or else impede our other remodeling work. To add insult to injury, he suggested that we also paint the bathroom to the tune of another $400--something that he should have offered to do for free after the miscalculation resulting in a massive up-charge. When we said no thanks, he asked if we'd pay $200 to paint the bathroom. Do yourself a favor and hire another painting company! This one is dishonest and disreputable.

They used high quality materials (Dunn Edwards paint) and the crews were very professional from start to finish. Once again the painters did an excellent job on the exterior of my house this summer. The painters spent alot of time on preparation before they began to paint the house. They were extremely thorough and clean. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves. They were very courteous to my neighbors and everyone they came into contact with. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone I know for any future painting jobs.
