Had a great conversation with Gabriel when he followed up with me after giving me a quote. What sold me was Gabriel he's honest and a hard working guy. His work is what he lives by. So he doesn't want a bad reputation. His price quote wasn't bad either. Gabriel did a great job. If there was any issues he would let you know and give you options. And if you have any questions he's more than willing to answer them. He repaired all the cracks and holes on the stucco and wood. Did all the pre prep work before priming the whole house. Once primer was done then it was on to the painting of the house. Pending bad weather and us not being home a couple days it took little over a week which was close to the 5 days quoted of the job being complete. One Saturday night, while watching movies with my son I sent a quote for a painter on Yelp. Gabriel was the first to respond and he was willing to come at 11 am the next day to give me a quote. On Sunday, he came exactly at 11 am. Punctuality is a display of respect for people and their time. This means a lot to me because I am a very punctual. I had someone coming for a quote on Tuesday but right after he left I decided he was the one. He pulled over to create and send a invoice. One of the contractors that came couldn't even figure out how to do that and the other contractor kept procrastinating. The end result was quality work with a great price. All my friends have asked me to save his number and I can't wait to have my son's room painted. After a negative experience with another painter, we went with Miranda's Painting. We are very thankful we did. He gave a very detailed estimate and took his time walking the job. Along with this, he arrived early and gave a fair price. They did all of our finish work (moldings, closets, cabinets, door casings, etc.) and it came out PERFECT. I also want to add that they are extremely careful and thoughtful! My husband picked out the paint and Jose told him to use a different one being that the one we had picked was toxic (I am pregnant). A very big disappointment in Miranda's Painting. We had couple painting contractors gave us an estimate. We got an estimate from Mr. Miranda for painting inside and outside of our property with changing color. The price quoted from Mr. Miranda were a bit higher than the other contractors. But we were willing to pay extra to hired Mr. Miranda to do the job because Mr. Miranda willing to start the job right away and claimed that he's professional and with license. Mr. Miranda did not complete the job as scheduled. He's reason was he can't find workers to help him out. Therefore, he did most of the job himself and that delays the schedule. The price we were quoted for was to change the old paint from almond color to grey color. As a professional with licensed should know that to change color it must be prim first. But Mr. Miranda cut corners, did not do the priming. We didn't know any better until we found out from another professional painter after the job completed. Two months after the job completed, the paint started to chip by the eaves area, the doors and inside the house. We informed Mr. Miranda about the paint chipping. Mr. Miranda said the paint chip due to our home is old (home was built in 1979). Mr. Miranda promised to return to fix it, but never did. Very time we called, Mr. Miranda gave us excuses one after another ( weather too hot, rain coming, son sick etc. ). Now, come to the point that Mr. Miranda ignored us and not responding to our calls. We had a few friends seeking for professional painters. We would not recommend Mr. Miranda at all. read more

He texted me 5 minutes before the appointment asking me if we were still good to meet after we had already confirmed the appointment, and he added it on his schedule. After I replied that we had already confirmed the appointment he played it of, stating that he was running late wanting to reschedule without showing any signs of respect towers my schedule.
