The estimate was a fair price for the amount of interior space that needed to be painted. He estimated 3-4 days of work and He was able to finish painting by the 3rd day. He was able to come out to inspect the house the same day. He provided a time slot and then sent a text message with his ETA about 15 mins prior to his arrival. He showed up on time. My project was to paint the entire exterior of my house. I submitted my quote request in yelp. David responded extremely fast with a text and phone call. In less than 2 hours, he's standing at my front door! He said he was working on a house close by. Even so, I still appreciated the fast response when I had another contractor just responded with a text "We have x number of reviews and 5 stars on yelp. If you want an estimate, give us a call." David and his brother came and walked around the house. We discussed a few things. He said he put on two coats of paint, and for stucco they sprayed and at the same time back rolled to push the paint in. (I'll post a pic) None of the other contractors mentioned the same thing even when we asked. A few days later, the quote was emailed to me. He responded to all my questions about the quote very quickly. We decided to go with him. Before he started, he stopped by and dropped off the thickest color book I'd ever seen. His team arrived on time every day at either 7am or 8am. They pressure washed, then sanded and patched, then painted. David was very friendly and easy to work with. I told him about certain areas that needed good patching, how we wanted the trims to be painted and asked him to cover and protect the front lawn. He listened and did all we requested.
