He got back to me and said it would be better to change all 4 tires than just one which ended up being the correct prognosis for my AWD car. He not only ordered the tires for me but told me about a coupon and applied it to me retroactively the next day. When I got my car back my Tire Pressure Monitoring System stopped working.
