I absolutely loved the jasmine milk tea ice cream. It was everything I could've hoped for! The creamy texture was so smooth, and the floral hint of jasmine tea gave it this light, delicate flavor. I think the first time I had afters was about 8 years ago when they were still doing it at the night market. but let me tell you after all these years milky buns are still solid. The location reminds you of an old gas station/drive up market. The service here is quick and if you come early you might be the first person here. Now that the place is officially opened for business, the ice cream tastes a lot more creamier and flavorful than before. They have a variety of flavors but the toppings tend to run out by night. My kids favorite are the Cookie Monster and Frozen Hot Coco. $5.25 for a scoop, $7.25 for 2 and $8.75 for 3. They also sell prepacked pints and quarts. Bought a pint and it was good even after a few weeks. Highly recommend this place for a quick stop and go at this time. Absolutely no lines and plenty of outside parking and seating. read more

There's a little alcove area across the parking lot that's inside. There are some tables there you can sit at if you don't want to sit/stand outside. I went this location twice and I like it, their favors are kinda different from other ice cream shops and they all very colorful! The shop is really cute, there is a small window that take people order and for people to pick up as well. However, you can only see the menu on the wall. It's not like other stores you will able to see all the ice cream display in the freezer.
