    I do not advise anyone to go there and buy a car from them. Because they are deceivers and…read morescammers. And they sell not good and clean cars! I was scammed out of $2000. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra from them last year. on credit. When buying cars, I gave them $2000 as a deposit, the initial payment. And I just noticed that my loan was approved for more than the amount indicated on the check. When I visited them, they said that this is a one-year warranty on the cars. But when buying, he didn't say this and didn't give any kind of contract, although he says he did. I went to court and am now waiting for an answer.

Soon after the brakes started to go. Needless to say, I was very upset and posted a very negative review because I had felt the wool had been pulled over my eyes. When Sammy learned about my frustration, he reached out to me and offered to repair the problem. I was still irritated and reluctant to go back. Eventually I caved as the inspection date was soon approaching. Sammy followed through with his offer. He had the issue diagnosed and resolved, and I told him I had an appointment to change the rear brakes. He charged me wholesale for the back brake parts and nothing for labor. After the guys replaced those and the car was still shaking, they replaced the front brakes as well without charge. My car left the garage with a fresh inspection, no brake problems, and no check engine light. Selling used vehicles is not an easy business to have and no used vehicles are perfect, but I am changing my review to a 5 star because Sammy and his employees went the extra mile to resolve the issue and make sure the vehicle was safe. When I spoke with him I said "I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle if it hadn't passed inspection and these issues lead me to believe it shouldn't have passed inspection last year." I didn't pursue it sooner because - how did I have any proof? And I had already waited too long per the lemon law. Sammy could have turned me away and said "not my problem" but he didn't and I'm very appreciative. Hopefully this vehicle will last me a long time.

It turns out that was a false statement and they just performed the other service request on the WO. We entered discussions regarding the sale of our 2024 Tesla Model Y. After receiving what we believed was an extremely low-ball offer, we decided not to move forward with the transaction. The situation became even more concerning when a check that had been issued was subsequently subjected to a stop payment. As a result, we repossessed and retained possession of the vehicle. Months after the vehicle had been back in our possession, we were shocked to discover that the dealership had reportedly caused the vehicle to be flagged as stolen through law enforcement channels, despite the fact that the vehicle had never been fully paid for and had already been recovered by us. This created significant hardship and disruption. Being associated with a stolen vehicle report can have serious consequences, and it negatively impacted our ability to use and enjoy a vehicle that was lawfully in our possession. The entire ordeal has felt unnecessary, retaliatory, and completely avoidable. What should have been a simple failed business transaction escalated into months of stress, inconvenience, and uncertainty. Rather than resolving the matter professionally and moving on, actions were taken that created additional complications for everyone involved. We have repeatedly requested that Marina Chrysler contact the appropriate authorities to immediately correct any stolen vehicle report and ensure that all records accurately reflect the status of the vehicle. At this point, our only goal is to have the matter resolved properly and to cut ties amicably so all parties can move forward. Businesses are judged not only by how they handle successful transactions but also by how they handle deals that fall through. Based on our experience, Marina Chrysler failed that test. We expected professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Instead, we were left dealing with unnecessary complications that should never have occurred. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this dealership to thoroughly document every communication, retain copies of all paperwork, and ensure that any transaction is fully completed and funded before relinquishing control of a vehicle. We sincerely hope management takes steps to resolve this matter immediately and prevent similar situations from affecting other customers in the future.
