It is the only garage that i am treated like family in the state of New York. My questions never go unanswered nor have I been sold anything that I don't need. Now original service…read morerequested is worse Can't drive car Spent the money on pump that wasn't urgent - at the shop recommendation They knew I limited budget. Went for the higher price service that was not an issue UPDATE: 7/12 I took my car to another auto shop to have the exhaust system serviced They were very honest about the condition of my car They recommended that I do not put anymore money/repairs into it because the frame is so corroded with rust it is not safe to drive, It will never pass inspection and It would be dangerous to keep driving it at this point. The point is .... I should have been notified of this when I originally took the car in for service the first time at the end of April If it was put on a lift to look at the exhaust system - it would have been discovered the car is beyond repair Since the exhaust was not serviced as requested I am assuming the car never made it onto the lift So yes - I am not a happy customer Over $600 dollars for a water pump that I did not need, exhaust issue not addressed and a car that will never pass inspection again More importantly- there where major safety concerns that could have been detrimental to me and my family if an accident have should happened Check your frame ppl. Sal works hard to sell a decent car at a decent price. I bought an older vehicle which runs great, and looks super nice after the detail work. I looked a long time for a used car I liked that I could afford, and had no luck at all until I stumbled onto Ultimate Car Sales. It's worth the drive out there. Kim and Sal went above and beyond to make sure I got a good deal.

After test driving HORRIBLE cars, (most very obviously had been in multiple accidents with very high mileage), and dealing with even worse slimy salesmen, I was sooooo glad I went to Ultimate Auto Car Sales!! Sal and Kimmie were an absolute delight to deal with!! I love them!! I had a little snag with picking up the car after I paid for it because I had no ride to get back out there, and was driving a rental- (totally MY bad-I blanked and didn't have all the paper work needed to complete the transaction) Sal and Kim brought it to my house for me! My car runs great, and after dealing with so many rude people, I felt like they were a little gift to me, to let me know there are still wonderful people out there to do business with. Truly wish a 0 stars was available,…read more Let's start the story, I rear ended a vehicle causing damage to my cars front end. So I brought my car to bob Hastings collision since they have a geico agent inside. Very convenient. They do the repairs on my car takes 2 weeks which is fine I understand how busy shops can get. I pick up my car from the shop, front end looks great, drive it home. Literally on my way home from the shop pulling into my driveway part of the coil of my strut fly's off the car and I hear the metal hit the ground. I immediately call the shop and inform them of what happened and they request I bring it back in for them to look at. So that brings us to today I drive my car back to the shop, the only place I've driven since the accident. Show them what fell off. The shop claims they did not touch any of the suspension so it's not something they did. The geico agent comes out and tells me this is not related to the crash that I was in. "It was just bad timing" So you are telling me that a piece of my car fell off right after the repairs from the accident I was in. And this has 0 to do with the accident and I would have to repair the struts not through insurance. What really happened is the geico agent didn't even bother seeing if the damage affected the suspension and the shop never repaired it so since both missed it it's on me. I will never go back to this shop and I hope that none of you do either it's a complete scam. 0 stars
