DO NOT purchase anything at this location. I purchased a John Deer 5045 tractor from this location and after 300 hours, I had fuel issues and brought it in for service. Three weeks later we picked up the tractor, paid over $800 and upon using it 30 minutes it had same warning codes and cut off. Manager Kevin was not helpful at all. Said his people couldn't let it run after they replaced obviously the wrong part to confirm it was fixed before we had to haul it 40 miles to find out ourselves. A simple fuel filter in the bottom of the tank was clogged that they didn't check and the warning codes and lights are still coming on. How can you sell a product and not have any clue how to fix your product or even confirm you fixed the problem. Inspect what you expect!. No faith in this service department or manager at all! Horrible mowers and even worse service. I bought a John Deere Z315 mower this year. After four months and 15 engine hours it has broken down twice. Ag Pro refuses to make it right. I bought my X350 John Deere here a few years ago. They have a good selection of models to see and try. Problem didn't come until I needed service for a drive belt that came off. Service department didn't keep in touch and I had to keep calling and write to their manager. I was promised a 2 week turnaround at most, but it took longer than that. When I did get it back, they had reconnected the mower deck belt incorrectly, which destroyed my belt when I started to mow. It cost me more than $80 to buy a new belt (John Deere parts are expensive). I had several contacts with the new manager, Kevin Hysler, who seems inexperienced. Perhaps he will improve with time. When buying a new mower or tractor, keep in mind that service will at some point become very important. If they are not going to keep in touch with you or do a good job, then probably better to go somewhere else. I want a place which can just fix my mower and be professional. Having to hassle with them in addition to all the other life hassles is not something I need. read more

Be warned!! $157 for labor? A little over an hour to Sharpen lawn mower blade, change filters and oil costs $157 for just the labor plus the cost of parts?!?! I could have bought a brand new mower for $100 more. read more

i give the parts guy the model and serial number for my john deere tractor, i ask for the water tempreture sending unit on the side of the main block. he gives me a part number and price. says in stock in atlanta warehouse. two days later i get a call and says received and come pickup. i just had to pick up since paid for by card at order placement. i get back to my tractor 65 miles later and find the unit does not even closely looks like the unit i ordered and need. i do not know what the parts sytem they use looks like, but junk in is junk out. ag pro is the the problem. the poor parts people use the screwed up john deere idot system and we suffer the results. stay away from these idots. read more

Went to look at purchasing a lawnmower on two different occasions. There are no prices on the lawnmowers on display. There were only two people working neither one even looked our way. Will not go back to this store. read more
