Before I could turn the associate thanked me for my business, shook my hand, and told me to have a great day. As I put my wallet away and turned toward the exit I ran into the gentleman who was pushing out the large toolbox on a pallet jack. He followed me out and we loaded the giant box into the back of my pickup in less than a minute. From arrival to departure I spent less than 10 minutes and was teated like a valued customer the entire time. The staff was so friendly and helpful that it left an impression on me that will not soon be forgotten. Those employees may have been having a normal day at Harbor Freight but their attitude and ethic started my day in the most positive way!
