My stand-alone hot tub stopped working after I accidentally overfilled it. Antonio was our repair person from AG Spas. He showed up precisely on time. He was friendly while being very professional. He deduced that pump #1 was disabled, which caused the spa not to work. Antonio said he could replace the pump, but first, he wanted to see if there was a reason it wasn't working. He found the wire leading to pump #1 was lying in water and had a small break that caused the breaker to flip. Instead of paying for a new pump, I just had to pay for a new wire to pump #1. It's very nice to have a repair person who looks for the most inexpensive way to fix your hot tub. I will continue to do business with AG Spas! read more

AG Spas, almost 5 star reviews, and decided to go take a look. Walking in, the place was quiet, no customers, smallish showroom. Joe came out and greeted us, answered all our questions, very patient, very knowledgeable, not pushy at all. Well, to make a long story short, we pulled the trigger! Sundance seems to be industry leading in quality and stands by their products with a good warranty. Joe hooked us up with everything we need to get started, including delivery and set up, even has a recommendation for an electrician too. One stop shopping! We purchased a Hot Tub, unfortunately they delivery company would only leave at the gate to our backyard. AG Spas was recommended to us for moving the hot tub to our backyard and setting it onto our hot tub base. They offered moving it by hand or alternately moving it by crane. The AG SPA crew showed up on time along with the crane. The entire crew were professionals, friendly and made the Spa move hassle-free!!! A few days later the electrican we hired to connect the hot tub noted the hot tub was not square on the hot tub base. I called AG Spas and they sent a crew out to remedy the situation. Once again the crew was professional and friendly. They realigned the Spa and it looks great. I've had so many come give me an estimate for our hot tub we purchased from Creative Spa, who by the way took months and months for them to even come see the hot tub then turn around to tell us we needed to crane it out to fix it or just trash it because it's use less. This is a $18k hot tube they sold us that is only 3 years old, they wanted to rip us off by charging us to crane it out for $8k. We started to get bids and talk to other hot tub repair companies, we thought we found one but he ended up not coming back. But AG Spa came assessed the problem which all the others pretty much told us was one the pumps and was fixed the same day. Jason did such a great job, he also recommended for Ace to come out and drain, clean and fill, Ace made the hot tub look brand new! Cleaned everything including the cover! My hot tub, of unknown origin, started having the pillows disintegrate in them. Not knowing the brand or anything else I was referred to AG. Over the phone the lady asked me to send her a picture of what little logo I could see on the foam pillows. From there she found out exactly which pillows were needed. Upon asking her boss if they could get those and she called me back and told me the website that I could go to in order to purchase four of these different pillows. I love the service. The lady on the phone was super sweet. This company went above and beyond as far as helping me goes. I will definitely use them if I have to move a spa or put a new one in. They are terrific. There was a bit of a wait for scheduling but they were very responsive via email. The repair person Val was very nice and knowledgeable. Found it to be a bad pump. Took a little over a week to order part and come back out to replace. He accidentally switched one of the wires for the jets after replacing pumps but came out the next day and easily fixed it. Very friendly people, I purchased two spas from them over several yeas and they both worked great. The first was a starter with only one pump, and the second was a Master Spa with 3 pumps (had to leave it with the house when I moved). They also move and repair spas too. My only knock is that they don't always have the best selection of spas available, so I ended up buying a brand new spa from Sunset Spas and guess who delivered it - AG Spas lol. read more

I had an older SPA transferred from one side of town to the other. The crew took care of the SPA as they moved it in and out of each yard. They re-connected it and we discovered a new problem. Extremely disappointed after being referred here. Called and no one answered. Message states that if they don't answer and it's normal business hours that they are open and busy with a customer. Made the 39 minute drive during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. And it's closed what a waste. I inherited a 20yr old hot tub. All appeared ok, but I had a small leak at a gasket. Robert came out and showed me how that small leak had fried the heater.
