I had a significant buildup of calcium on some pool tiles near the spa spillover. The calcium had been building up for years and was caked on pretty good. I reached out to Pool Tile Cleaning Vegas for an estimate. Laurie (owner) returned my call promptly and came out a few days later. The next day Laurie text me with the estimate, which was much more reasonable than an estimate I received from one of their competitors. So, I decided to go with them and Laurie put me on the schedule for the following week. On the day of the appointment, Jesse (Laurie's son) called me and let me know he was on his way. One of the owners came out about a week ago to check our pool which had gotten badly damaged from calcium buildup especially near the waterfalls. It's a family business and today three of them came and did a spectacular job on the pool. They were fast, friendly and very professional. They explained everything. What was nice is they did not have to drain the pool. They lowered it a little then started to work. They sprayed a type of particle at the calcium that shattered the build up. The particles were vacuumed up at the same time. The water is slightly cloudy but we were told this would clear up once the pool was back on. Dave responded to appointment request quickly. I just bought a home and the previous owner let the calcium build up to where there was about a half inch of white calcium crystals surrounding the entire pool,spa and the tile where the spa overflows into the pool. Dave came on a Sunday because it was my only day available and he did a fantastic job. The job took several hours including hand scraping all the large heavy deposits by hand first. Dave had several types of blasting media he tried before finally finding one that worked best at removing years of neglected hard water deposits off the tile. When it was all said and done My pool looks like new again. I couldn't be happier. Price Wise Dave was priced right at the cheapest quote I had gotten by another company and several hundred cheaper than the most expensive.
