I've been to Allpro car repair for years. Good honest people. Even if it's just an oil change.

Patrick spent 30 minutes with the starting issue and didn't charge me a dime because he couldn't replicate the problem.

Our daughter was in an unfortunate circumstance, in that her Prius had become an offroad missile, and found itself lodged in an unfavorable gravity powered "also locked between large wooden indigenous growth", strangle hold. In a way in which it was difficult to work out "without additional damages" how to retrieve in standard-preferfed, redneck fashion. This young lad had made with a few suggestions from the surrounding fanfare, great simple adjustments with a single roll-back truck made short, and easy work of recovering, and hauling our Jetson-mobile out to safety!! Huge thanks to Rowley's for hiring intelligent driver/operators!!!

I desperately tried to get it unlocked; looked for another key, anything I could think of short of breaking a window, while waiting. My dog was inside the van, as we were getting ready to leave for the day. I had loaded him up and shut the door so I could get his water and lock up the house. Fortunately, we are parked in a relatively shaded spot and it is not too hot on the coast today. The driver (Darby, I think he said) called me back within a few minutes of being dispatched to let me know he was on his way. Less than 10 minutes later, he had pulled up and was working to get the pup out. Took him just a few short minutes to get the door unlocked. My pup was unfazed by the whole thing and I am a whole lot less panicked! Thank you so much Darby for saving the day!

I called Coast Towing at 6am on Sunday morning and in a couple of hours, they sent out a very competent guy who brought the right equipment and had the car out of the driveway and on their truck in a few minutes. They delivered it to the dealer the following day. It was very nice speaking to the local people at Coast who know the geography of the area and are here so they know the current weather. Coast understood the seriousness of my situation and responded appropriately unlike that other company who kept telling me they "couldn't find anyone to come here" and it would be "a few days." That other company clearly didn't know anything about Oregon because they kept referring to Portland (Im in Newport). Interesting reading the reviews on here - hey, towing is expensive.

We were shocked by our experience with Coast Towing. Our car was towed from the Newport Bayfront…read moreafter the rear bumper extended about 18 inches into a marked yellow line. We did not notice any "Fire Lane" signs or pavement markings where we parked, only a yellow curb. The car was towed at 5:40 PM while my wife was at work. She discovered it was missing around 10:30 PM, we were told we could not retrieve it until after 9:00 AM the next morning. The final bill was $1,335, including a $590 hook-up fee, a $375 "special recovery/winching" because they said they didn't have the keys, two days of storage, and an after-hours fee. While the tow company may believe the tow was justified, we felt the charges were excessive and felt predatory for a routine passenger vehicle. If you park on the Bayfront, be extremely careful where you leave your vehicle.

This place is the exact opposite of what Les Schwab stands for as a company. I've used Les Schwab…read morefor over 20 years and never had a situation arise anywhere close to what happened tonight. Les Schwab ownership needs to audit this location. So we brought our pickup in to swap the two tires on the front to two that we already had. They quoted a price and I paid it. While we were waiting we chose to walk to Walgreens. On the way to Walgreens we got a call saying the swap was going to be more than we were quoted. I told them I'll pay it. One of our tires was about ready to blow it was so bald, so it was necessary. A little while later we got another call saying they can't get our rims off because they don't have a key for those rims. Weird, but ok. I told her we'd be right back to find them the lug nut key. The gal got very rude and basically said they won't do it because they're closing soon. I told her that's fine, we'll take it up the road to a different tire shop and we'll be right there to pick it up. She said, ok see you when you get here. We walked back up to the shop and entered the parking lot right at 6pm to see the pickup parked in the back of the lot. We had our 1 year old son and 9 year old daughter with us so I went to the truck to wait for my husband to get the keys so we could go. The truck was UNLOCKED so, thinking maybe they just left the keys in it, we searched for them with no success. By this time it was 6:04 and most of the employees were leaving and the front door was locked. My husband asked an employee if he would grab us the keys to our truck so we could leave. The employee tried and came back out saying he was told we have to come back tomorrow to get our vehicle! After some back and forth and explaining we have a toddler and a child with us, nobody would do anything. So we were left with no choice but to call the law to retrieve the truck keys from inside the establishment. (Shout out to Newport PD ) The very arrogant front desk gal begrudgingly let us have our keys once the police showed up. Her comments were rude and asinine (asking the police sergeant to "watch her and keep her away from the money" like I was trying to rob her lol) and then trying to say they were closed before I ever brought my truck in that day (definitely not) ... with a crazy attitude. The whole encounter absolutely blows my mind. This is not how you run a business especially under a name like Les Schwab. Do better.
