When I arrived at the store to pick up my book I was shocked the lady told me "I underpaid" when I ordered. I said I paid what I was charged. She proceeded to tell me I underpaid by 1 cent. I'm digging in my bag looking for change of course I have none & she's like well you can use your card. I had no change & was by myself so I paid with my card. When I left I told myself I would never make another purchase there. The employee undercharged me, I didn't put the price in when I ordered. During a time when the country is not even making penny's to be insistent on one turned me off from this business.

I dig for some records then bring them to him hoping to pay. He commences to FaceTime 2 different guys laying in their beds to tell him the prices of the FIVE RECORDS I choose. The guy on FaceTime tells the old head "$15." to an old warped cover of Shaft the Soundtrack. Then another $15 for the next record I choose. Keep in mind all of these records were in terrible condition. Scratched w/covers that were torn & warped. I told him to stop & that he needs to get a dollar bin. Also that I am aware how much records go for as I collect them. AGAIN, DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE AT ALL.
