Through the planning process I found Erica easy to talk with, incredibly well organized, and full of fun ideas and recommendations. Her method of organizing tasks into manageable homework assignments helped us set reasonable goals and stay on track without feeling overwhelmed. We were very happy with her vendor recommendations particularly the florist, and event light, sound, and decor people that she introduced to us. When I arrived at our location and saw our Chuppah and white garden chairs aglow with candle light and draped with flowers I burst into tears. It was all more beautiful and magical than I had even imagined. Erica really listened to our ideas and helped us find vendors that would understand our vision. We never felt that anyone was pushing us in a direction that we didn't want to go. We were planning most of the wedding from out of state and she helped arrange vendor meetings so that we could come into town and meet with many people as possible in a short amount of time. There are so many details that she took care of for our wedding and reception, and the events would not have gone as smoothly had she not been there. Most importantly, she delivered on everything she said she was going to do. Let me repeat that...she did EVERYTHING she said she was going to do. I cannot emphasize enough how important that is for a successful event, not to mention that it really reduced our stress level the week of the event! We met with Sobi prior to the event date to go over everything that would need to be done during the events, and she was informative about what to consider and worked with us to figure out how to make everything run on time and the way we wanted. She was very sweet and easy to work with, not to mention organized and listened to what we wanted. She made sure to ask questions so she could understand the type of wedding/reception we wanted (and not necessarily what would be 'easiest' for her to handle). She also made sure she got all the information she would need for that day (including setup diagrams, vendor contact info, schedules, etc). She even followed up with any questions she had after reviewing everything we had given her. She confirmed all of our vendors for the day, and took care coordinating all of the details (and believe me, there were many of those) and setup of the venues. She also made sure we kept to our timeline during the reception, which was amazing (and awesome) considering we had about 185 people at the event to handle. During the event, Sobi was calm and very organized. Some of our guests even commented that she was very sweet and was doing a great job handling everything. Sobi was invaluable to us with all the logistics she took care of...and she was the biggest reason we were able to relax on our wedding day! I showed her a lot of pictures, she showed a lot of enthusiasm, so I decided to just trust her judgement for the final details on our bouquets and centerpieces (based on what looked best at her suppliers that week). OMG was that the right decision! She only does one full-service wedding/event per weekend, and you can definitely tell with the level of attention you get. I even emailed her a question Friday night -- before our 10:00 AM Saturday wedding -- about having boxes to transport our centerpieces after the reception, and I got a reply!
