My last wax I tried a new location in Fresno (Gorgeous Salon). While the two ladies who assisted me were extremely nice and on the surface the place is clean, when I entered the room, it just wasn't clean. The robe they have u put on looked dirty, there was wax all outside the wax holder with a wood wax stick sticking out of it and the lid half off half on. But I was like, I'm here now let's just get it over with. Well, it was obvious they are not the most experienced, while it wasn't too painful, they kept going over the same places multiple times to the point my skin was peeling as time progressed after my service. In their defense they did try to be thorough in removing hairs as they also used tweezers. Also after I finished the lady was putting the supplies away and a wax removing paper fell on the floor and she picked it off the floor and put in back in the basket with the rest of the clean ones. They also reused the waxing stick during my service AND replaced said waxing stick in the wax leaving it sticking out on my way out the same way I saw it coming into the room. That said, I'm most certain they used that stick on another client prior to me. Very nice staff but I would NOT recommend this place.

Before getting my eyelash extensions, I was very nervous because of horror stories and not to mention, my eyes being different shapes. Mona made me feel so comfortable and explained the procedure thoroughly and in a way that eased all of my concerns. She is extremely patient and makes sure that you have all of your questions and concerns addressed before proceeding with the service. The service room is very clean and welcoming. Mona plays very soft music during the appointment and it helps to create such a calming environment. She offers complimentary treats at each visit. I look forward to every visit with Mona. After each visit, I make sure to book my next appointment as she fills up quickly. She sends reminders for the appointments and also sends confirmation emails prior to the appointment. She is also very understanding of the need to make any changes to scheduling, as I have had no issues with making changes to my appointments.

The natural look I wanted didn't look so natural after all. I booked a last minute appointment because my current Lash artist was unavailable when I needed her. My visits here at the Lash Boutique would probably be for when I need emergency gap fills when I can't get a last minute appointment with my go-to lady. The prices here are very reasonable and booking appointments with them has been very easy and a breeze so far. Hopefully my next appointment will be better. There's a girl inside doing somebody else's lashes. So if I leave am I going to get charged a no show fee? I like coming here but I forget how awkward it can be because there's nobody really at the front desk area so you kinda just sit and hope somebody comes out to greet you. It's kinda confusing
