Beware of this place - I signed up in October of 2024. When I signed up there was a special for $399 for the first three months using the GLP1 and then after three months a regular monthly maintenance fee. I received a paper with the circled information and hand written notes all over the place and what I didn't hear or see is that after the first month of $399, the price shot up to $638 dollars a month and even though I have been trying to quit this program since last November and have submitted written letters this Lindora in Tustin continues to bill me $638 dollars a month even though I have never stepped in their doors since November 2024. I am going to do everything I can to stop this if possible but It's very hard to track down anyone who will listen. I realized I signed a contract but as I explained to them on the phone I never would have signed if I knew it was going to be this expensive. It was not explained that those the small little circled numbers were the actual amounts that I would be charged after the initial $399. And I can't believe they can get away with charging you the most expensive membership even after the three months of GLP and not the regular monthly fee. I understand I signed a contract and am willing to pay the regular monthly maintenance fee but that's what they do. This is fraud. You know how you can be nervous when you sign up for something new especially a weight loss program with GLP involved. This manager is fast talking and telling you how great it's going to be so please pay attention and ask questions and don't sign anything until you are ready. Don't give them a credit card because they will you as much as they can. I knew after a few weeks this was definitely not for me. I went somewhere else for a lot less money and much more suited to me as person. If you go here be VERY or you will pay the price literally. read more

Lindora - BEWARE - Weight Loss Centers Near Me - Tustin, California

I have been to various Lindora locations over the years. This location in Tustin has mostly rotating nurses so except one- Marjie- who is amazing. She is extremely invested in the success of the patients and everytime i go in and get to see her I leave feeling motivated and my week of weight loss goes well. She goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable abt the program, products and over all counselling. I recommend this lindora location ONLY because of Marjie. If she ever moved to a different location I would leave this Lindora and follow her there. read more

Look the nurses are incredible and the program is good. I've been going here 8 months and I'm down 65 lbs. But for the price they gauge you at they need better staffing. If they have the right nurse staffing (meaning 2 nurses) you are in and out fast otherwise forget about it it will take half an hour. Which with a program that wants you to come in every day they need to have the right staffing to accommodate and set their patients up for success. That is not what this location is doing. read more

I'm 6 weeks in my program and have lost over 20 lbs. They hold you accountable, which I desperately need. Took me 6 days to get into Ketosis. Their protein bars are yummy! As long as you are managing your nutrition, exercise, water & sleep and being honest about it, you can be successful. The staff is super friendly, informative and supportive. I regret that I didn't start sooner. I cannot wait to reach my target weight. It's a commitment, so if you want to lose the weight, you're mindset is already there. Spoke to the billing dept at the corporate office in Irvine to question why I was being billed at the end of the month instead of the 1st of the month which was agreed upon. I spoke to a person named Tony. Can't call him a gentleman, so I say person. After his snarky remark about this contract agreement was done at the Rancho Cucamonga ofc, I'd have to take it up with them. I disagreed, Tony said have a nice day and HUNG UP! I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW COMPLETLEY UNPROFESSIONAL HE WAS AND DISGUSTED I AM! YOU PEOPLE GET THE CONTRACT SIGNED AND DONT GIVE A RATS ASS HOW CLIENTS ARE TREATED OR WHAT WAS AGREED UPON! Looking forward to the end of this contract! Also, save your money. As soon you stop the program, here comes the weight gain. It's a farce, a very, very expensive farce!! I wish I could give 5 stars...the staff are great and the program absolutely works. However, much to my disappointment, we unfortunately had to move to northern CA unexpectedly - there are no Lindora facilities up here. As soon as I learned we were moving, I asked for consideration to either end my $99 per mo contract - after all, I would be receiving no services, OR I offered to purchase product for that $99 each month so that I would at least get something for my money. I spoke w/ the center manager who said I would have to speak w/ the area director. I got a flat out 'NO'- zero willingness to work with me. Inflexible-unwilling to make an exception. ADDENDUM to previous review - please read! First off, kudos to Krystal Guzman at Lindora Corporate for being willing to listen and the ability to put herself in my place. I previously wrote that I had been very disappointed in Lindora's lack of policy and unwillingness to cancel my membership due to relocation. We had to move unexpectedly out of the SoCal area, and was forced to continue paying for a membership it was impossible to use. I recently spoke with Krystal at Lindora's corporate office who took the initiative to apologize, explained that the lack of policy had been addressed, and now they have a non-medical, relocation cause for cancellation policy. Today, I was credited for 6 months of payments! I truly appreciate the effort to resolve my issue. I can now wholeheartedly give Lindora the 5 starts it deserves for being and excellent weight loss program. I learned a lot about the role carbs and protein play in my weight loss regimen, and still follow the program on my own to date. Wish Lindora was up in NorCal! hint-hint! read more

Normally I prefer to not have Yelp review and have talked to solve the issue personally but today after multiple times to call the corporate office to talk to manager.. The front office told me that supervisor can not talk to you and she already know the issue.. She is addressing me to go straight to Irvine office to talk to Tracy office manager. This office is not taking care of customers in a professional way. It's just doing business and nobody is caring about client's health or coaching the right way to loss weight.. None-stop pushing you to purchase supplements or boosting injection. I have plans to upgrade my plan after 6 months to unlimited program. I have talk to tech and office manager about my upgrading plan. When tech told me it's time to start another 10 wks program I asked Tracy to do it for me BUT SHE NEVER MENTION I HAVENT FINISHED MY 6 months... right after sign the contract she told me that I have to start over the program. I am not happy with this Lindora at all and I am recommending you that, when I called them to say my problem they told me I can go another 33 office around California offices if I am not happy with irvine office. I went to Lindora because I was desperate. I needed guidance to start a weight loss program. Been on a lot of programs, lost the 100 lbs probably 4 or 5 times. That was great. But never did I have the one on one care that I've had with Lindora, Tustin. Every nurse cares about your program. I have been on the program 10 1/2 months and as of today lost over 62 pounds. I feel great, more energy, blood pressure is down. No more meds! And when I get to my goal, I don't feel like a fish out of water. They will be there for me to hold me accountable to myself. That is the most important feeling for me. Getting there is one thing; staying there is another. That is their backup plan. Mine too. Thank you Lindora for helping me get my life back. I am having a wonderful experience taking my extra weight off. I have been struggling with obesity most of my adult life. Lindora and it's staff are caring, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. The Lindora program is easy to live by and very convenient. The hours of the clinic works well with my irratic work schedule. It is a commitment financially, emotionally and physically.
