Dr. Tsay is the bees knees when it comes to injectables and other services. I was fortunate to live so close to his office for several years and I am heartbroken that I had to move out-of-state unexpectedly and will have to search for a new doctor. The thing is, I had a horrible experience at a Botox Party (Ladies AND Gentleman NEVER go to one of these) and I was told by a friend of a friend that this world renowned plastic surgeon would be doing Botox and Fillers for a large discount if you paid in cash. I got there and was talked into doing filler under my eyes and it looked good for about an hour. I went home and I suddenly looked like I got in a bar fight. My husband was freaked out the neighbors would think he was hitting me. I kept calling the doctor and asking him what I should do and he kept telling me to massage it. I massaged the hell out of it for several months and I ended up with bags instead of a sunken hollowness under the eye. I wasn't sure which was worse. Long story short the doctor needed up being from out of the country, was not licensed to practice in the states and ended up going back so I had no recourse or a way to reach him anymore. I called every dermatologist in town asking for help and the only person who would even see me was Dr. Tsay. He ended up finding the product name, the key ingredient and was able to dissolve the product. Ever since then he has been doing my Dysport injections and I would not trust anyone else with my face. It also speaks volumes that he will tell me "No" at times when I ask about other services or point out other imperfections. It's not his goal to make his patients look like someone else. He wants you to be you only a little refreshed and that is so refreshing to see in Orange County. You get what you pay for! read more

I do not recommend this place. They were the most difficult place to work with out of all that I contacted. They were pushy as to which treatment I needed and wanted to inject a much higher amount of filler in my face than I was comfortable with at a huge price tag. This feels like an injections factory of sorts. And they are ridiculous with the paperwork required to sign. Not only do they require a double arbitration not to sue document but they request that you sign that you've been "explained all before and after care" BEFORE you are explained anything at all. When I questioned this...I was told that they would explain it to me.... Their missed appointment policy is absolutely ridiculous with a $100 fee if not canceled within 24 hours and if you have any issues. You are only able to call during business hours. The PA that helped me was kind but she shrugged off my allergies that I was asking about which did not feel professional at all. Do not go here! read more

I've been dealing major depression for 15+ years due to being a surviving victim of 1st degree assult and my nose required a reconstruction while I in middle school due to severe injury caused by the assult, along with some other areas on my body. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the same nose I had, which made my depression worse. It became fat and bulbouse, along with a lot of internal scarring that never went away even after 15+ years. I've consulted a few surgeons after I became an adult, however, I was unable to get the answer I wanted, and surgery was not recommended for me. I decided to live with it, but every time I look in the mirror, I am reminded of the traumatic incidents. I wanted to get my natural nose back, or as close to it as possible as it used to be my favorite part of my face, and I wanted to stop feeling hatred, sadness, and fear towards the incident that had long passed whenever I look in the mirror. The end of last year, I decided to try again and find someone who can help me. I read a blog posted by a surgeon that talked about using steroids to change the nose. I consulted him regarding his blog post and also other possible options, and again, he stated that surgery is not recommended for my case, like all other surgeons, however, the one thing that was different, is that he said steroid could help, especially with my internal scarring. Unfortunately, I caught the surgeon right before he was about to retire, so I was able to get one session in. The good news is that I saw some changes and I finally saw some hope. I started searching for other doctors who can perform the same procedure, but it was very difficult. I then found Dr. Tsay, and I am so glad that I did. I saw wonderful results after the first session, and I just had my second session today. My nose slimmed down a lot, and I feel a lot less internal scarring when I touch my nose. I am looking forward to further improvements! I am having the biggest event of my life coming coming up soon, and Dr. Tsay has been doing his best to help me get what I need in time. I am unable to provide any photos as this is related to my PTSD that has haunted me for a very long time, so I don't want any of them being shown to anyone at all, but there are other patient photos with regards to kenelog and they all look amazing! After doing extensive research and watching every single YouTube video done by Dr. Tsay, I decided this guy MUST be my doctor going forward. His work is just gorgeous. I met Dr. Tsay and I showed him some pictures of what I wanted my lips to look like, he and his assistant brought me back down to earth. They said that my face is pretty small, so to have lips that big wouldn't look right. He suggested putting more filler on the bottom to give a "pouty" look, which is what I wanted. Then he used a little on top and in the philtrum (I hope that's the correct word for the little lines under your nose/above your lip). He explained having a more pronounced philtrum makes you appear younger. Then he put a little filler in the bottom corners of my mouth to give it a lift. I was super insecure about the way they were starting to droop. He fixed it w just a little bit of filler. He even showed me before he filled the other side, so I could see the difference. I'm very happy with my results. Best of all, I feel like I can trust him. Which is huge! He knows what he's doing. He is great at what he does. Btw thank you to the assistant who helped me feel so comfortable. Although they put numbing cream, and you don't feel very much pain - I'm a huge wimp, so thanks for distracting me by using that little buzzer on my face! You guys are all so nice. Thank you!!
