I have long admired the enticing, vintage-inspired window displays of Agent Provocateur but have always felt too shy to actually step foot inside, afraid the sales associates would be elitist and discriminate against me based on my age and lack of designer clothing from head to toe. When I finally found the courage to enter the store on Mercer, I was pleasantly surprised. The two women working were extremely sweet and cheerfully, especially Jen who was extremely knowledgeable about their stock and made me feel comfortable enough to try on a few different styles even when I explained I was simply browsing on my lunch break. Not only will you be pleased by their customer service, for someone who has struggled to find a well fitting bra after being measured at a 28D, I have to say their 30 bands are extremely snug, nearly a 28, and their styles couldn't be sexier. read more

Atrocious customer service and extremely unpleasant environment. Stick to the Madison Ave location and the Bloomingdales concession. The girls here do not belong in the lingerie industry and definitely not in retail. The salesgirls are angry, passive aggressive and bored out of their mind because they're not doing their job/working hard at customer service. Don't expect anybody at this location, at least with the current crop of salesgirls, to know anything about the products or lingerie and women's bodies in general. Customer service seems to be at the lowest priority at this store. In-store gossip and brooding seems to be the top priority. It's not a smart move because there are so many nice lingerie shops with great customer service down the street and a few blocks away. If you're in Soho and looking for luxury lingerie, get amazing customer service and salesgirls who know what they're talking about with fit, sizing and bra construction then head over to La Perla on West Broadway or Journelle a few doors down. read more

I have spent a number of years ordering a few items from Agent Provocateur. I really enjoy their perfume and their sexy books; however, I was slightly disappointed when I visited the store. Yes, the items are beautiful and unique but the fit varies depending on what you are wearing. The downfall of Agent P. is the items do not often look good under clothing (at least if you clothing is fitted) and some of the fabrics on the the bras are itchy. The Agent P. items are best worn by themselves - at least this is my opinion on a lot of items in their recent line. So if you plan is to wear something hot out with the Agent P. garments underneath you may end up disappointed. I don't know about everyone here, but if I spend $200+ on undergarments they better look good by themselves and underneath clothing. On the other hand, if you plan to wear Agent P. lingerie and nothing else, the garments are very striking. I love the Agent P. designs and the website is a riot but overall I prefer Laperla. read more

This is my favorite Agent Provocateur location. This is definitely one of the places that will have all my money if they don't already! The lingerie is exactly what you would picture when you want something super complicated and gorgeous. This is not really for functional under garments so keep that in mind. I believe the biggest size they carry is an F as well, but some of them run really big. Also out of all the locations, these reps leave me alone the most which is sooo nice. I'm looking at lingerie... I really don't want you up my ass while I'm debating what to get lol. They're still available and helpful, just not shadowing you. the most beautiful lingerie- lots in vintage inspired styles. my favorite (& most affordable things there priced between $15-40) are the stockings: you can get great victorian-inspired striped ones or fully fashioned seamed styles. there are incredible corsets, heavily detailed bras, and super foxy bottoms as well as chi-chi fetish gear (crops, masks, playsuits). it's pricey (think between $100-$400 for a bra, $300-600 for corsets, & $50-300 for bottoms). their sales are INCREDIBLE, big big markdowns, so i recommend going to those for sure. the salesgirls are always super sweet & their signature perfumes & candles are delicious, too. check it out even if you can't afford it, the decor is a pink & black fantasy. read more

Andrea and Cassie, however, were awesome in coordinating an over-the-phone order and shipping the goods plus the balance on the gift card back to us. Where to start???? Is it the live model in the window..is it the amazingly provocative (he he) items surrounding you... or is it the friendly staff waiting with a smile to help you find exactly what you need? er ah, OK, NEED is a strong word for undies that will run you (at the very least) about $1K for a full set (bra, suspenders, panties and stockings) but I think NEED is in order. Wow...each item is more beautiful, well made and arousing then the next...my husband and I are huge fans, we will be back again and again...now, if I could just decide what to get next..choices, choices! read more

Ridiculously sexy and extremely well made. I was worried because not many of the bras have padding and I have a chest on the smaller side, but the shape and design of the bras create the most beautiful cleavage and perk you up with no padding necessary. Also was probably the most fun I've ever had shopping. Was given champagne, sets picked and laid out for me, very helpful sales ladies, everything wrapped beautifully...felt like a million bucks. Expensive, but you get what you pay for and I've never felt sexier in my life, which to me, is priceless! read more

THIS company was the worst customer service I gave ever experienced in my life. I spent over $200 on a product that was not only uncomfortable but the proportions would not fit the average female body. Returned product in January within the time constraints it was supposed to be returned. A month passed received no confirmation of return. Finally emailed them and received confirmation that my refund would be credited. Fast forward to 1.5 months today and I have still not received my refund. This is after calling call center 5 times and sending over 10 emails. I finally was fed up of the corrupt and immoral ethics of this company and disputed the charges with my bank. WORSE service I have ever had and I encourage everyone to boycott this corrupt company. Such a reputable brand with the worse customer service. I have experienced better service from the dollar store. Will never shop with or even look at this brand again. read more
