Northwest has been an absolute letdown. We signed up for their annual bait system check and they've never shown up as promised. Years have gone by, and despite multiple calls, nothing gets done. Its beyond frustrating. This is fraud--knowingly taking payment and not delivering service and violates the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act of "unfair or deceptive acts." I plan to contact the GA Dept of Agriculture to file a compliant. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of Northwest Pest if you're looking for dependable service. read more

Always have been taken care of. Office staff and technicians are always professional and have made sure everything is done, and done right.

I am about an 18 year customer with them for the termite bond on my house. Paid invoice April first. They get the check a week later. June 12 now and STILL no service. 10 weeks later but boy it did not take them that long to cash the check. There is no excuse for this. I do not recommend them nor will I renew next year with them. read more

Very bad customer service, bad quality and bad value. I paid $600.00 for wild life services to trap a armadillo. The trap was placed on the property on 2/11 and removed on 2/14. The animal was not caught and no money was refunded. read more

I have NW for lawn care and exterminating and have had for the past 5 years. Suddenly they are now True Green and they can't seem to get their books in order. I keep getting bills saying I owe when I was set up on auto pay for the last 4 years. I called a few weeks ago and was assured it would be resolved only to receive another bill stating I am 41 days past due but was still charged monthly. If this is how the Trugreen takeover is going to be I won't be a customer for much longer. As far as the actual services, both the lawn and pest control are awesome. I just hope that continues with this take-over tat already is a mess. read more

These guys can be really nice and tell you everything you want to hear. However, when it comes down to delivering what they are selling, they have no clue! They would come out and treat and within days my house is attacked by ants. They would make the excuse of rain, or try to give me the history of ant movement. I now use PESTUSA. They came out, and the next day it rained. That was almost three months ago. Not an ant in sight. No excuses. Don't fall for Northwest's bullshit. Nice guys...but can't deliver. read more

This company's business practices are questionable. I purchased a newly constructed home; supposedly, the builder paid for one year of termite service. A month and a half before the first anniversary of buying my home, I could see someone fooling around in my yard on my cameras. I called the phone number on the side of the persons truck, and it was Northwest Exterminating. They told me they didn't have my contact info, but they were doing the annual inspection and that I owe them $75 every quarter. They knew my address and could've sent me a letter before walking onto my property, providing a service that I would ultimately have to pay for. I feel like I was tricked or forced into using and paying for their service. I spoke to my neighbors and they had the same experience. One positive thing I can say is they are nice people. read more

I would prefer to give them zero stars but here it goes: they came out to our house without us agreeing to it- no confirmation at all- right before the covid shut down (I guess to squeeze all the money they could from their customers) then harassed me the ENTIRE time we were shut down from covid... both my husband and I were out of work and trying to pay our essentials - this horrible excuse of a company called me twice a week and demanded I pay them on a visit we didn't even want or ask for. These people are the worst of the worse. Go ahead and find a decent company and stay away from these literal pests. The worst. Ugh read more

I have been using Northwest for years, and I just wanted to share my personal experience with them. Northwest offers quarterly service, but you can call them anytime if you have issues. I started using Northwest to due to an ongoing battle with ants. My service rep, Austin, has worked with me continuously to resolve the problem. Austin answers all of my questions in a professional manner, and he is always courteous and respectful. He thoroughly inspects the bushes and trees surrounding my home in order to identify problem areas, and he always does a great job of finding and treating the sources. When in my home, he ensures to wear a mask and protective covering on his shoes. He is also very kind and patient with my toddler and pet! Since he's been helping me, Austin has never had a "bad" day and I greatly appreciate this level of continuous and ongoing customer service. I can't believe it's never dawned on me to leave them feedback before, but this company - and particularly Austin - deserve any and all of the accolades they receive. read more

I used one of the big name companies for pest control a few years ago (Orkin) and the experience was very disappointing. So when the need came back around I was skeptical about hiring another exterminating company. Northwest was actually recommended to me by a friend and I'm so thankful I decided to give them a call because they've been nothing but excellent! The technicians are always on time and most importantly they are VERY thorough. They check and spray every crack, crevice and entry point. They do a really good job and I haven't had any pest issues since I hired them. Everyone is professional and efficient, as long as it stays that way I plan to keep them around for a while :-) My only small critique is that I wish they'd call before coming out for the automatic follow up visits. We have just started our service with Northwest because of a wildlife issue and we've already seen results. Our inspection specialist, Dustin Parks is very caring, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain everything and to answer any questions we might have. He always calls before showing up. We feel so much better and safer knowing that Dustin is there for us if we need him. We would highly recommend Dustin and Northwest to our friends and family. read more
