The first time, my check engine light came on. They couldn't fit me in for a full appointment for a few weeks, but they still had me bring the car in to run a diagnostic and make sure it was safe to drive. After checking it out, they told me they believed it simply needed an oil change. They didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic, and they were right--once I got the oil changed, the check engine light never came back. The second time, I brought my car in for a different issue. They were thorough, completed the work in a timely manner, and charged a fair price. About a month later, I started experiencing similar symptoms again, so I brought it back. They dug a little deeper and discovered a nest inside the system that was blocking the drain. They spent over an hour fixing the problem, getting completely soaked in the process. When it was time to pay, they told me there was no charge because they considered it related to the previous repair. I can't say enough good things about this company. It's rare to find a business that combines excellent workmanship with this level of honesty and customer service. They've earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My Mini Cooper is 11 years old and still runs great, thanks to them. Euromotive will charge you fairly and they are all very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I took my car to Firestone for what I thought was a simple taillight change, but it turns out I had a much deeper electrical issue that required a place specializing in European cars to fix. Dealerships are always overpriced, but the woman at Firestone recommended Euromotive to me. I'm so glad she did. They were honest, great at communicating, and thorough. They even gave me options for the repair (new part or used part) and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. All in all I got a used part (electronics module) and the total with labor was about $700, versus $1,100 if I opted for a new part. They communicate via text which I love as a busy manager who is often on work calls all day. They also send your quote electronically, you can authorize the repair electronically, and you can even Apple Pay for your service from your phone! I can't say enough great things about the service I received here. I highly recommend this shop if your European car needs a repair!

This review reflects my mother‑in‑law's experience (and our family's) after more than ten years of…read moretaking our vehicles to Firestone Complete Auto Care on Hoagie Drive in Bel Air, MD. After this most recent visit, that long relationship is over. The trust she had in this location has been completely broken. An A/C diagnostic was scheduled three weeks in advance. When she arrived, she was casually told the A/C technician "would not be coming in." No courtesy call, no attempt to reschedule, no acknowledgment that the entire purpose of the appointment was to fix an A/C system that was failing. After rescheduling, they kept the car for five hours and then claimed the repair was complete. John, the current store manager, told her that a full A/C kit was needed and had been installed -- and charged us for the entire kit. A second Firestone location later confirmed the truth: the kit had only been partially replaced, and the A/C still blew warm air. The shop kept the old condenser (see photos) in our vehicle even though the kit provided a new one. That is not completed work. It is negligence. The pattern is impossible to ignore: constant upselling, disorganization, poor communication, and now outright dishonesty -- led directly by the store manager. After years of loyalty, this is how they chose to treat a returning customer. We have filed a formal complaint and are requesting a refund. We are also sharing this experience so others in the Bel Air area don't go through the same thing. One star is generous. Zero would be more accurate.

From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. He took the time to clearly explain everything about my vehicle and made sure I understood my options without making me feel rushed or pressured. What really impressed me was that Justin went above and beyond to help me save money. He helped me find a coupon and took the time to explain the promotions they had going on so I could get the best value. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Justin truly stood out. Firestone is lucky to have someone like him representing their company. I will definitely be returning to this location because of the excellent service I received.

They perform ALL the repair and maintenance to my Ferrari, Maserati, and 2 BMWs. They repaired my Ferrari better, faster and cheaper than what the local dealer could do. I wouldn't trust anyone but Rosso Service in Forest Hill, MD to service my cars. They only use the highest quality fluids and oil. Cars are stored indoors and secured. They treat my cars as if they were their own. I'm very particular and they use full seat covers, floor mats and steering wheel covers everytime I bring a car in for service. If you are looking to buy a car, I would recommend them to have it looked over. They know all the common issues associated with these cars and do the most thorough pre-purchase inspection you can imagine. The experience here is second to none. They will show you exactly what they are repairing on your car and have you fully understand why it went wrong so you can do your best to prevent it from happening again! Although, they usually have a technique or updated version of the part being replaced so you will never have the same problem again. The mechanics are factory master technicians for Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Maserati. That is very rare to have TWO of these mechanics in one location. So much more experience here than anywhere in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Try them once and you will be very impressed!!
