I thought the payment back then was good, but I ended up having to pay for a full year (now it's $125), but yeah, not gonna complain to the staff ( no need to be "that guy"). Still, I used the same old strategy as before; arrive as a walk-in at opening so I could expedite my visit. It worked. Things went smoother this time around. Went to get my son tested for Covid and after calling to make sure they were still testing and I had time, the lady I spoke to said yes so I went down there and got in line. After waiting for over an hour, and with plenty of time before they stopped testing, a lady walks up and asks if I was there for Covid testing. I said yes for my son, she then tells me I would have to come back tomorrow cause they weren't testing at the moment. I stated I was told you guys were still testing and to head down, she said no we're done for the day. I asked what the reason was and she said "because it's an inconvenience". I said wow really, u guys let all these people wait in line for nothing? She just walked away from me! How can health care workers be so cold hearted to the sick? read more

The wait was just average, and customer service was generally above average! It seems like they accept a lot of walk-in's for work-related physicals. One of Dr. Smith's main assistants needs to take some basic classes in Communications and Medical Ethics (told me something that was totally uncalled for), but Dr. Smith was a true professional! read more

This was my second visit here for an annual physical required by my employer. They could not locate any prior paperwork for me or my file from my initial visit. Had to fill out 30 minutes worth of paperwork. When I came in, there was one other individual waiting in the lobby. By the time I was finished with the pages of paperwork ten other people were then waiting in the lobby, to which I was placed on the list after all of them to be seen by the physician. While waiting my turn I was called back to the receptionist to "completely" fill out a whole page of questionnaires. I then had to explain to her how the page was already "completely" filled out. A few minutes later I was called again to the receptionist to fill out yet another form part of which was acknowledging that I had received their privacy notice. I filled it out, gave it back to the receptionist and then had to request a copy of the privacy notice that I never received. I was finally called to have my bp, weight, etc. checked 1 hour and 15 minutes later (exactly, not rounding) when my lobby wait probably should have been 5 mins. The person performing the checks asked me questions all of which I had just answered in the paperwork I filled out which he was holding in his hand. After all tests, waited another minutes to be seen by physician and dismissed. On the positive side, the ambient music that was playing wasn't country or Spanish. And the medical staff were pleasant. The front desk help, eh. Also, the exceptional waiting allotted me the time to write this review as it was happening! The nurse practitioner, who came in to give final examination, seemed very knowledgeable and was very pleasant. Interested more in my overall health instead of just going through the motions of performing a physical. Unfortunately I have to come here annually for work otherwise I would not come here for my own personal medical needs. read more

I love that I can go in and see a doctor when mine is not available when I have an emergency. Yes there is a wait but not as long as the wait at the hospital. I take my kids there. Been see for broken collar bone, ear infections, sports physicals ,broken toe and fevers. They seem to have equipment to treat lots of unexpected needed care. Sometimes you run into problems but all I had to do was call my insurance and it was fixed. I rather go here and wait 1 to 3 hours then go to the hospital and wait 5 to 12 hours. The doctor here actually listens and is not in a hurry to get you in and out. You can tell he cares. It's worth the wait read more

I went here for a workman's comp case and always felt like the office staff didn't know what was going on. I had appointment times be changed without my notice, would have to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment, was left in exam rooms for over an hour after the doctor left waiting on a prescription, and often had to leave numerous messages to get paperwork I needed from a staff member. The lobby is very pretty, but it needs to be as you will be sitting in it for a long time. read more

The location was a little tough to find using Google maps but nothing against the company. At first impression, upon walking in, the building is super nice and looks like a luxurious motel. The staff was very kind and professional. I went there for a DOT/CDL Exam to get my commercial license. They were very quick to get me started after I did the paperwork and they moved me along the process from station to station. Dr. Smith was every bit fantastic as some other website reviewers had said. I stopped in to see about getting a physical in order to fill out some paperwork. I was told that they could, but when I went in I was treated like I was an imbecile!!! The office worker that came out front to "talk" to me instead not only yelled at me like a child, but chastised me for even bothering her. She was actually so loud that some other patience in the office were looking at me like they could not believe what was going on. We were visiting from out of town when my daughter came down with an ear infection. Although they couldn't take my out of town insurance, they were very helpful in providing the documentation needed to get reimbursed from my health carrier. I couldn't have been happier with how kindly they treated my daughter, and how quickly they were able to see her on a walk-in basis. I would recommend this clinic to anyone! read more
