If in 2019 it was so bad why did you message me to leave a review? And after why did you accept to clean my house? Didn't you put you used a ad company and forgot to take me off? If that the case why after I called and you looked me up did you accept to clean my house again? Why wouldn't you come to look at what you had to clean? I even told them they didn't have to clean carpet as carpet cleaner was coming but Ros**** wanted to clean my rugs because they had time. You mad because I left a negative review? Worst cleaning service! We paid for a Move Out Cleaning rate which is highest than their standard rate and with it they were supposed to provide a more comprehensive cleaning. They failed miserably, they did not clean the doors to my office, mirrors, blinds or the laundry room at all. They vacuumed but not under the sofas or tables. Maria and the team who does our every other week cleaning are fabulous. The house is always very clean and they get through our 3 bedroom 3 bath house efficiently. They are very pleasant and helpful as they generally work around us while we are working out of our home offices. Every experience has been great. The staff at Clear Choice are extremely professional. The communications are very clear about what is part of each service and when people will arrive. The team that cleaned our windows even fixed the magnets on the shutters. Rosario was able to schedule our window cleaning within the week and is always extremely accommodating. read more

This company went far beyond our expectations. I had to move out of my 3 bed 2 bath apartment unexpectedly , with a 2,000 dollar deposit I wanted to make sure I got my full deposit back . My apartment had a bunch of stains on the carpet from makeup and other things . The fridge was not clean. Stove was not clean .The most major problem was the mold in the windowsills which was growing previously when I moved in . We were looking for a company similar to Mary maids but on a budget . When we were quoted from Mary maids the price was outrageous. With only 3 days left to move out we needed to find a company to clean the apartment and a company to do the carpets. My sister somehow came across crystal choice. They said in order to quote us they would need to first do a walk through our apt. A man and a woman arrived to look through the apartment. I thought they were just a cleaning company and to my surprise they did carpets to it was like a heaven sent . I couldn't believe how convenient that was!they took my name and email and told me they would send me an email with a quote. Within a hour or so I had a quote it was 490.00 I almost fainted. But at this point I was desperate so at my own risk I booked them only because of the convenience not sure what to expect. The day of my moveout (the day I scheduled them to come at 1130 am) a woman showed up in a van with cleaning supplies I was shocked there was no team . She was dressed in normal clothes and I started to worry what was I getting into . Within a hour 2 men showed up to help .There was no paper work or any written agreement about payment I which I thought was sketch. I was just told when she was done cleaning I would get a receipt and could pay with card or cash or check . I thought this was weird. About 6 hours later I was notified my apartment was finished my dad and I came back to check it out . My dad and I was in disbelief of how sparkling the apartment was this was almost impossible we were trying to figure what type of voodoo was done . Unbelievable. Amazing. I've never seen an apartment so clean . Worth every freakn penny . Not sure how they did it the carpets were spotless and almost dry . All the mold was removed from the windows. The toilets were unbelievably clean . Amazing . Unreal . This company deserves 5 stars . So worth the money read more

If I could give zero stars I would! I called at 8 am this morning and asked if they could come clean my carpets today. The woman on the line told me she would be able to come out at 5:30 pm. I waited and at almost 6 she was not here. Called her back and she told me she could not get here for another hour. 15 minutes later her husband shows up. He came to give me a quote!!! On the phone I told them I needed someone today!!! I had already moved all my furniture ect. When I asked how much she said we can't tell you till we see your home. In no way did she say they would not be able to do the job today!! I had several other companies call me back who I turned down for this! Totally unprofessional of them! We called Crystal Choice on a recommendation by our friend who installs carpets. He did not steer us wrong! Once we got the keys to our new (old) house we had them come and professionally clean/disinfect/vacuum and they were great and very reasonably priced. They were also nice people. After our experience with their carpet cleaning service we also hired them to clean our whole old house including carpets, kitchen, bathroom, all windowsills. They do many different services and I will contact them again when i need them or if someone ever asks for a recommendation. read more

The whole team came to my house for the initial deep cleaning. They did a fantastic job. They did not miss a thing. They cleaned the windows, baseboards, under and behind furniture - all of those places I miss when cleaning myself. They were very professional and respectful of my home. I am so pleased with their services. Last few times, Rosario has been coming for monthly cleaning. She's awesome. I am somewhat finicky, so at first, I would hang around the house when the cleaners came over. Now I feel so comfortable with Rosario that I just let her in and head out to work.
