Margaritas for me were tasteless. They dont have a strawberry margarita. The food is ok . Trying to compete with Las Agaves but a nicer atmosphere They need to add more traditional plates read more

Fantastic place to get some storage! Very fair prices. The two guys at the front office were very nice and upfront. It's well lit and has great access hours. Open seven days a week too. Easy in and easy out. Located in a safe part of town. Hard to get a space here because people are happy and don't want to vacate but I was lucky and was able to get a locker! Freeway close. Lots of food and gas stations nearby as well. Love it!!! read more

I recommend AGOURA Self Storage without reservation. They are nice, easy to deal with and honest. If ever I need storage space again in the future; they would be my first choice. I just vacated my space and everything was easy from the first time I showed up until the last. I like dealing with mom & pop shops and keeping locals businesses in business. I like Agoura Self Storage. There...I said it. This place is a good place with really friendly workers who always help and are nothing but friendly, kind and helpful every time I go there. You see, I have a LOT of equipment for my day job. I moved out of Westlake Village with a BIG garage...and moved into Agoura Hills ...NO garage! So I literally had to find a storage unit with fair prices and safe storage containers. At the time I was moving in... they were just starting a "remodel" of the grounds-painting the doors and repaving asphalt...it was nice. I have a 5 x 10 storage unit for my "stuff" ...and just recently added a "Parking space" for my little "Hot Rod Golf Cart"...that I have used on many TV shows. I sincerely want to say, this storage unit is an interesting place. We all have stuff, but if you were to drive around...on any given day...you may find some cool cars, nice motorhomes and I have found that even the renters who come here are SO nice. The prices are fair, and the place is big. Perks: 1. There are two HUGE garbage bins that only renters have access to-so you can throw stuff out at the self storage-and not have to worry about taking it home and having it stack up there. 2. One of the many nice employees helped me with a problem. I was dropping off some wigs to store and as i turned my key-it just literally snapped in two. I have never had that happen before. I did buy the lock here and so I walked back to the "Office" and get this...not only did the gentleman walk back, somehow get the broken piece of key out of the lock...he asked if I had another key at home-to which I said "I don't think so...so he said-"you know what-don't worry, I think I have an extra one for you." How nice and sweet was that??? Great service...and again-really nice folks work here. I always feel safe here as well and appreciate how they all treat their customers with respect and courtesy-always. 3. We each have a personal "key code" to use every time we drive in and out. It is added safety-and I noticed that the attendants there are always watching out for you when you leave. I can say this-my only complaint would be that the paint sometimes peels-so they need to maintain that...but-otherwise... they do keep the grounds pretty darn clean. There is also a public bathroom on site for renters to use. I want to say Big Thanks to all that work at Agoura Self Storage. I appreciate you and thank you for always being a great team and taking care of your customers above and beyond! read more

We've been looking for a place locally to store our travel trailer and heard about Agoura Self Storage from friends who store there and are very happy. We called and their rates were the lowest in the area but they have no available space right now. They have a wait list and added us to it. In anticipation of using them one day to store we went to check out their lot. The location is right off the 101 freeway, at the Kanan Road exit and off Agoura Road near an office building. They have an uneven dirt/gravel lot with clearly marked RV spots. All different types of vehicles are parked in the lot and they are pretty close together. Some of the spaces are angled but most are flat. They have a secure front gate and long office hours, I believe up until 7pm. I like that they have a covered fence so the lot isn't visible from the street. For the price, it is a viable option to store but I'm not sure if I'd put my brand new travel trailer in there. If you have an older model it would fit right in though! A huge plus is the guy in the office is really nice and helpful. He will make sure you like the spot you're in and he will keep his existing customers parked next to vehicles that make it possible for everyone to move their stored vehicles in and out easily. If you are on the wait list and get called, he will work with you to move in if you are moving from another storage. read more

The Staff and the service is great...I stored my stuff there directly after Woolsey (2018) and they were very helpful and accommodating.

This place is perfect, the staff is so cool and they make it easy to move in and out. Easy to access location and chill vibe. A++

Fairly cheap storage rates and good location. Also very nice manager. Unfortunately, however, they assume no responsibility for damaged items under their care and don't properly notify tenants when problems arise. A rat problem affected most units in C building recently and since I wasn't notified (no email, said they called once) I ended up paying for months of a storage unit where my belongings were ruined. If I had known, I would have evacuated. read more
