The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

We were initially confident in their service and even referred a friend who also needed a window replacement. During the installation, the technician damaged the trim piece next to the front windshield on the passenger side, which contains an important safety sensor. He acknowledged the damage and told us he would order a replacement part and install it within a month. Unfortunately, that is when the problems began. Instead of taking responsibility, he later denied causing the damage and claimed it was a design issue with Lexus, stating that the part should never have been attached to the windshield in the first place. He repeatedly postponed appointments and continuously made excuses for why he could not meet to replace the damaged part. By May, after months of delays, we had to ask someone else to contact him on our behalf because of our busy work schedules. He responded and promised to meet us the following week. He even stated that he would arrive at the agreed location within 30 minutes. However, he never showed up. Shortly afterward, his prepaid phone service was disconnected, making it impossible to reach him. At this point, we are extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication. Unless this company resolves the issue and properly replaces the damaged part, we intend to file a claim and report the business to the appropriate agencies. Jose and his son actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected, which was great. They verified that the replacement window fits my car, and got to work cleaning up the mess from the break in and also the shattered shards of glass inside the door panel (pretty sure rattling noises from bits of glass while I drive would annoy the heck out of me). I paid the quoted cash discounted price and with a friendly handshake concluded the satisfactory business transaction resulted from a very nasty surprise. He didn't require an in-person evaluation, but we decided anyway to visit his shop and give him an opportunity to better assess the damage in person. Along with the damage to the bumper, we also showed him some longstanding nicks and scratches along the passenger side that had bothered my mom for some time. Dimitri said they could buff out as much of it and if not, we could schedule another time to get it painted as a separate job (more on that below). The quote was more than reasonable and included the full repair of the bumper. In all it took no more than a day and half to complete and the work done by these guys was absolutely IMPECCABLE. You couldn't even tell that the bumper was scuffed up. Fantastic work! They tried to get the passenger side doors buffed out as much as possible but alas, a paint job was necessary on that side alone. We scheduled a follow-up visit to knock that out for a nominal fee (once again - more than reasonable) and within the same day, they made it look like we had just rolled the vehicle off the lot at the dealership. Gotta say - Dimitri is a really good dude. He has a great demeanor and you can tell when a place prides itself on customer service, because even for the extent of the work compared to some of the other vehicles we saw on the lot, he was genuinely nice to us the entire time and incredibly hospitable too by offering snacks and beverages in their cozy waiting area. The guys working in the garage were equally swell and approachable. I could not recommend this place enough.
