Saturday morning I called 7 windshield replacement businesses and got 4 total quotes. When I called Onsite Auto I didn't get an answer but that's okay because in that time I was able to get those quotes and when Marco from Onsite called me back, he was the ONLY place that had my windshield and could get to me TODAY!!! WOOT WOOT. Marco was transparent and punctual. He told me he would do his best to fit me in today. He arrived TO ME on time and it only took him 35mins to replace. Marco answered all my questions and concerns. Not only was he professional but he just seemed like a great guy. He walked me through the after care and told me to call him if we experience anything with the windshield due to ALL my questions. This place is a preferred provider for state farm and that meant there was an extra warranty that went with the windshield and also just a very easy communication between the two. The worker on the phone was super nice and helpful and got me set up within a few days for a home visit appointment. The technician called when they were close to my property replaced and recalibrated my windshield. The whole time they communicated what they were doing and were fairly quick with it all. One thing to keep in mind, which I didn't even think about, is if you have tinted windows they do not provide tinting. So if that's something that you need, either do that as a separate part of your claim if using insurance, or find a spot that does both if on a time crunch. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were wonderful to work with though.

The Ask: redo the front windows so that the GAP (between the tint and edge) is the same as the rear windows. Or at least make the huge GAP is consistent on all windows! The Issues: 1. The GAP in the front windows is huge compared to the rear windows. 2. They broke the defroster wire to the rear window. They said it was like that before they did their work. Untrue. We're not asking for them to fix it. 3. Customer service: gave confusing information to begin the process, and refusal to correct bad workmanship.
