If there was a zero option I would. These people are just ignorant. I have used them as a service from AAA on multiple occasions and have always let me down. They damaged my cars muffler and dinged it and gone hours past the time frame because the tow truck got stuck and needed a tow which also got stuck and so they used a Hummer to get everybody out. Im all about small business being a business owner but these guys have horrible service. When in need from AAA I always ask for anybody but these guys. If you have an option don't use them ask AAA for somebody else and they will accommodate. read more

Amazing customer service. Andres was very communicative and called to confirm the location of pickup. He then said how long it would take to reach me and arrived a bit earlier than expected which was great because we just wanted to get home. He loaded up the car quickly even though he had limited amount of space to maneuver the tow truck and in no time we were back home. I'm giving this company a 2 because they managed to eventually get my vehicle where I needed it however after they received the call with my vehicle make and model, Aguiar's sent a tow truck that could not tow my vehicle. They resolved the problem by sending out a truck with a bed in a timely manner. Still I consider this incident to be unprofessional and an unnecessary waste of my time. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I had to put in a complaint to AAA and they were appalled by the treatment I received!! My dad was in an accident on Cajon pass. An hour later I called to find out where they were. The guy on the phone says "so what's your question" I said "when will you be there" he said 20 minutes and hung up on me. When I called AAA they stated that prior to my call back to them, Aguiar cancelled the tow service because they "couldn't find them." So they lied when I called. Worst tow company in the High Desert. Was in accident on the pass and AAA dispatched them.....what a joke! They dispatched them at 5:50AM and at 7:00am they contacted AAA and stated that they couldn't find the accident! Well if they would not have lied to AAA and actually gone they would have found the accident! It's pretty hard to miss an accident in the bypass lanes on the pass with all the first responders there and CHP with their lights on! We sat on the guard rail of the bypass lanes on the pass for 2 hours waiting for this tow company to show up. Then I got a text a few days later from someone from their office wanting to know how the service was.....REALLY I told her at that time I would like the owner of the company to call me and she sent me a text back to me stating that she did let the owners and management know that I wanted to speak with them and to this day I have had no other communication from them! That just confirmed to me that they don't care about their customers or the service they provide! read more

Battery was not secured properly by their technician(whom by the way I had given a 20.00 tip to on the day it was installed) I did not watch him install it as I was in my house getting ready for work. I found out weeks later it was lying sideways under my hood and had leaked battery acid on my newly poured driveway. I work nights and did not see it during the day as am a day sleeper. This was a battery bought from them with my AAA membership warranty..., when AAA sent them to replace the battery they had the audacity to tell me they would have to charge for labor. I told them no of course as they caused the problem ( I had not even requested compensation for the driveway damage at that point)- after their driver left noticed he had leaked oil from his truck in my driveway in 3 locations. I requested another tow company but Aguilars sent another driver, I told him AAA had already contacted someone else who was on the way- when he left..., he too leaked oil on my driveway!!! I called the office who was rude, telling me they are not responsible for the ground wire that had pulled out from the battery- it was still attached to the vehicle but the wanted to charge me for a new one and for labor ehrm all that had to be done was re- connect the frayed wires. Ofcourse I refused and stated I should be made whole again, they refused to do anything other that replace the battery which they at first they tried to refuse to do until AAA told them to replace it. I am now at home with a battery lying sideways in my engine from a tech that never secured the battery in the first place. The only reason I found out now is because I opened the hood to check my oil. The battery is lying on its side 1 inch from the engine belt. I could've been stranded away from my home, or worse hurt in a accident caused by a breakdown in a dangerous place such as just about any Calif. roadway these days. I am presently stranded at home with a brand new $4800 driveway also damaged in multiple locations. AAA is trying to rectify situation now. Lousy way to spend a most needed day off. Horrible office/management- should definitely not be AAA representatives nor have a monopoly on battery service here in the high desert. This would not let me post unless I have a star. never use this company!!! they wanted to charge us $1,000 above and beyond what aaa was going to pay them, which was $500.00 to tow our truck and trailer. we didn't have $1,000 for the tow so we found a friend to tow our trailer and called them back for the tow of our truck (regular tow - covered by aaa). they said they cancelled us and we had to call aaa back. fyi: i don't think any of the employees know how to conduct themselves professionally, i would have been ashamed if this was my business. we called aaa and they said that another driver from aguiar's towing would be there in 45 min. long story short, they never showed up, waited 2 hours for some kind of response via text or call from aguiar's (or aaa) and nothing. had to fight to try to get some kind of response, aaa said they just sent them a message just cancelling the tow- no reason-no response and no notification to us - they just let us sit there and wait for noone!!! i'm sure it was because we were not willing to pay the $1,000.00 so they just set up a tow with us and never showed up to spite us. it was in the middle of the night and we had my mother and mother in law with us. no one cared, thank god for good friends!!! read more

Needed a tow and unfortunately AAA sent this company. Driver refused to tow my car because it was not registered and didn't have fenders on it. Never had a problem towing this car with AAA before. Guess its up to the driver. After refusing tow under AAA, he informed me that he would tow for $50 which I refused. This company then sent info to AAA on the car so I cannot get any future tow. read more

Manny came out on my AAA call, didn't even TRY to make it to me (G&M made it to me without even trying) he tried to help about 4 other people, getting to them on foot, got 100 feet from me, turned and walked away. No call, nothing. THEN, when I tried to call to PAY $250 for a tow, because I guess I was in an "extraction" zone, I was told I was going "mess everything up" because someone was going to walk in and pay for my services. Yesterday, AAA sent Aguiar's Towing in Hesperia to my house to deal with a battery issue. The technician's name was Alfred, technician # 101127. The customer service I received from Alfred was excellent. Not only did he effectively solve the issue by testing the charging system and then replacing the battery, he went over and above what was necessary. He found that the battery terminal was corroded and needed to be replaced. He called around, had another technician bring him a terminal, and he replaced it for me right then and there. Aguiars Towing used to be so great but lately, NOT AT ALL. Last week AAA sent them because we had broken down @ 11p.m. on the 15 fwy. We were told it was going to be about an hour, which is fine. About an hour later, the tow truck driver calls us to ask us our exact location and proceeds to tell me he is about 10 minutes out. 40 minutes passes after that so I called AAA to see where our driver is, I tried to call the driver who had called me and no answer. AAA tells me that the driver cancelled the call, decided to head back, and leave us on the side of the freeway without any warning. Took until 3 in the morning to get another truck out. Then today, I call AAA to get our truck towed to an auto shop and once again they go through Aguiar's Towing. AAA tells Aguiar's that we need a flatbed truck because it is 4WD and needs to be towed to a shop. Aguiar's sends out a pickup to jumpstart our battery. I would try to avoid this company as much as you possibly could! I told AAA that we do not want to go through Aguiar's anymore. read more
