So I am really behind with reviews. I have a list of businesses I am going through and some I have not been to in years. This is one of them. Last time i was here was in Oct of 2024. It was so awesome! The views were spectacular. The service was excellent. We did not go indoors. We hung outside the entire time. Really comfortable lounge areas. I am giving them 4 stars because I have been waiting what seems like forever to open back up. They are apparently renovating. I really hope they open back up. Had a good time at this spot - went for a few late afternoon drinks on the roof and ended up staying to catch the sunset. We tried the eggrolls and chicken wings which were delicious and came out quickly. Our server, Kyle, was super attentive and helpful with recommendations. We tried the smoked spice old fashion and the smoky & lemony drinks - both were great! The chicken wings were amazing I recommend the sweet chili buffalo mix (I ask for them to make it that way). Our drinks are ALWAYS made with the perfect balance...if Dasha is there at the bar get ready for her to create a good time in your cup! Atmosphere was great, service SO slow, had to order 3 different drinks before they finally were able to actually make one( out of items to make) , second person in the party after not getting her Drink for 15 minutes, found out- sorry- we can't make! 2 drinks arrived- not straining as they should! Out of 4 different items on the menu! Here at 8- seriously! The place had potential but there does NOT seem to be a sense of Urgency by any of the staff, maybe Keith. Keith seems to be everywhere- maybe short staffed Bartenders were seen touching hit not washing hands and then touching drinks, cups etc... I love the idea of the rooftop and with changes it could be a great place- definitely room to grow and do better! Food finally arrived- COLD! Had to have one remade. Please do better! My friend's birthday was this weekend so I made a reservation for our group a few weeks ago. When I first got there I was worried because I was told we missed our reservation - luckily I still had the confirmation email showing our correct time and they were able to seat us with no problem. Our group ordered the illusion, a few mules, tequila shots, and some lemon drop shots. Everyone seemed happy with their drinks but it did take some time to get them. The view was very pretty and I think the birthday girl overall had a nice time. read more

I did not receive the drink for 45 mins and my ravioli arrived luke warm. I'm so disappointed because this venue has true potential. I guess this will be another restaurant to quietly go out of business judging by the low crowd on a Friday night. Good riddance P.S. the servers need to reevaluate how they speak to customers. So...I drove all the way from Fort Worth Texas for my sister's 50th birthday party and let me just say THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS! We have been literally waiting for DRINKS for almost an hour! Bartender refused to make my drink because she insisted that our party order through the server assigned to our section. If it were not for the love I have for my sister, I would NOT EVER come here! Rooftop bar overlooking 15 blocks of paved parking lots to the west with the downtown in the distance. I really wish the city of Little Rock would hire urban planners that understood the concept of city image and walkability. I want to love this cute town but there's gaps of development, empty lots, miles of empty parking lots between the buildings....... Just makes the downtown core feel empty. Anyway, back to Agasi Bar review. The drinks are decent - overpriced for having such an ugly view..... on top of a 3 star hotel....... sunsets can be nice. I think they'd be able to bring in more business with better advertising, better drink offerings and prices, and a revamped small bites menu. maybe add corn hole or something fun on the rooftop besides old weathered furniture. fire pits could spice up the atmosphere. read more

The music was DOPE. We came a few minutes after they opened in December. And we had the place to ourselves. It was amazing we sat next to the fire pit which felt amazing during this time a year. The drinks were amazing and so was the food. We did the sampler of three and can't complain about any of the options we got. read more

Stopped in for some late-night food during our stop at Arkansas. This place was conveniently located at the rooftop of our hotel, which was perfect during our stay. We also noticed a lot of restaurants/bars nearby closed earlier, so we were happy to find this gem. I want to start by saying the service is excellent! As soon as we arrived, we were immediately greeted, and we decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was great! He recommended some local beers and was very attentive. We ordered the beef flatbread, the Queso Blanco, crawfish croquette, and skinny fries. The flatbread came with caramelized onion, mozzarella, and mushrooms. It was delicious, and we then also found out that the chef makes the dough in house! My boyfriend loved the crawfish croquette, which was served with a housemade creamy salsa verde. The skinny fries were really nice and crispy, and they were tossed with garlic and parmesan. I really liked the queso, especially because it was a chilly night and it was warm. Overall, I would highly recommend stopping in for some food and drinks. The reason for the 4/5 stars is that it was REALLY loud when we came. However, I guess that's expected from a bar, but it was just too too loud, and you could barely hear yourself think. read more

All the staff was super friendly and helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Party of four wanted to go for a drink on the roof on this first really cool night. We split 7 different appetizers and could not decide which was the best! Duck Drumettes with mucky duck mustard, black hummus with toasted pita, corn "ribs", Bree en croute with apricot preserves, polpetta (meatball) with tomato gravy, Cajun shrimp cocktail (with 5 HUGE shrimp and amazing salsa), lamb sliders with tomato jam and shaved pickled onions. Nice atmosphere and view. This establishment completely depends on what time you visit. If you visit at 5pm then it has wonderful service. If you arrive around 11pm then service is spotty. We had an amazing waitress, Nia! She was wonderful and very attentive. We had an issue with the food service but Nia and the manger Randy quickly fixed the issue. The food and drinks are delicious. I really feel like this place has a lot of potential. It's got nice furniture, youngish crowd, delicious drinks!! .... But something about the vibes are off. It's a lounge/bar type of area with limited selection of finger foods... so why in the hell are there dining tables with table cloths on them? It feels misplaced. Second of all, what's with the soft elevator music? Maybe if they added a jazz band in the corner inside and made room for a small dance floor it would liven the place up. It just feels boring. Finally a rooftop bar in Little Roc atop the Downtown Hilton Garden Inn. It is a trendy spot with a great atmosphere and nice view! Compared to other bars in Downtown Little Rock, I definitely think it is much nicer and would prefer to come here than going elsewhere. when it gets bus, the wait to be served/helped takes a while (hence the 4 stars), but other than that I enjoy coming here. My favorite waitress there has to be Kim Brim! I know my friends would also agree. She was helpful, kind and funny! RECOMMENDATIONS BELOW: ~Drinks~ 1. Rita Mule is refreshing and delicous!!! Perfect for a person who loves their margaritas and traditional Moscow Mules as it's a good blend of both. 2. Passion Crest Tini is sweet and delicious as well! It comes with a pretty flower in the glass. (bacardi silver, pomegrante, and cranberry). ~Food~ The Spinach Artichoke Dip is good! The first time I ordered it it came with baguette bread slices and the next time it came with fried tortilla chips! Possibly because they ran out of the bread. A group of 12 people wanted to come here and have after dinner drinks. The hostess, waitress and manager all caused difficulties In allowing us to have a pleasant experience. Instead of being hospitable, their only solution to our group having a positive experience was to order from the bar outside in the cold with non working propane heaters. Meanwhile, there were plenty of tables inside and the manager was unhappy with our willingness to put 2 tables together. So we left, along with our $1,000 bill and $250 tip that we happily took down the street to dugans pub. read more

I've been here before and throughly enjoyed my food/drinks. Tonight I decided to return on my last night at the hotel. I was promptly seated and asked for my drink order and shortly after asked for my dinner order. I ordered the Thai-Curry Deviled eggs. They were very delicious. Once I was done I was asked for my main order. I ordered the Ribeye which is my favorite cut of meat. It was served as soon as the kitchen placed it up. It was cooked to perfection but the asparagus was tough and some of the roasted potatoes were hard as well. The part where this dining experience went off the rails was when the picked up all the items off the tables around me and started to stack chairs and pick up cushions. When I asked if they closed at 10:00, it was 9:45 at the time. I was told, no we close at 10:30. I was amazed that the manager apparently was witnessing all of their "Rush to get out as soon as we get the customers out" attitude. I had read all the negative reviews but I had been here before, so I didn't believe them. Well, now I've seen it first hand. Sad, I don't know what will come of this cool space once they run all the customers out. read more

Excited to see that LR now has a rooftop restaurant and bar. The view is incredible, the service is excellent, the drinks are creative, and the food will not disappoint! I would definitely recommend the Cobb Salad and the Seoul Pizza. Also, try the Smore Flatbread for dessert. To drink, try the Flyway Blue Raddler. It's excellent. Overall, you can't beat the great view of Little Rock. Nothing better than having a drink and taking in the view. Can't wait to go back! This will be a go to spot for me. read more

One word: ROOFTOP! I've been here a number of times - they opened in November! And, it's one of my fave new spots in LR! The ambiance is delightful as well as the views of Downtown Little Rock! Plus, they have televisions above the bar = ideal for catching sports games! Drinks = 5 stars! Beers on tap. And oh my, what a lovely drink menu with wood smoked options as well as cocktails and martinis! I have yet to try ALL of their drinks but my favorites thus far: Agasi French 75, Rita Mule, and Moscow Martini! Food = 5 stars! As I'm an ovo-lacto-vegetarian, I can't speak for the meat items. Though I've been very content with the veggie-friendly options... Shareables: Caprese Bites (one of my absolute favorites!) and Thai Curry-Spiced Deviled Eggs (yum). Pizza: Margherita, Quattro Fromaggi, and 'build your own'. Their pizzas aren't huge, but they are great for sharing! My food companions and I have ordered a few pizza types to share, every time. AND, their dessert s'more pizza is out of this world! The secret ingredients for my heart: Nutella and marshmallows! YUM! Service = on point. The wait staff including the bartenders have been kind and prompt every time! Views = stellar! I must return to capture sunset views! Decor = appealing! The folks who put this place together really thought about the appearance. The unique light fixtures add a nice touch to the atmosphere! The outdoor seating is inviting with lots of comfy pillows. Also, fire pits, heating towers, and light blankets (ask your server for the latter) for warmth! Parking = valet or street parking. As it's located in the downtown area, it's a fine service for the Hilton Garden Inn below the seventh-floor bar/kitchen to offer valet for those visiting! Note, I'm no good parallel parker! Service was horribly slow, and fries came out luke warm. When asked the wait staff to be checked out quickly she barked she was busy. When my friend disputed the automatic gratuity on her check, even though myself and other friends' gratuity was already paid, the manager escalated the situation by confiscating all of our cards and calling the police over $5.00. Super embarrassing, demoralizing, and all over $5.00 out of $24.00 already paid out in automatically charged gratuity. Then told the police we were banned from the restaurant after the manager handled the complaint regarding service in a hostile and unprofessional manner. read more

Going to California once doesn't make you a cocktail connoisseur, it makes you a pretentious asshole. Also I hate when people judge a place by their service. Just be patient, these servers are doing 100 other things aside from refilling your redneck ass glass of water. Aside from that this place is realistically 3 stars. Drinks and food are alright at best. The rooftop is... a rooftop. Nothing special but good for Little Rock for trying. read more

This is a nice spot to visit, beautiful view. buuuuut services is beyond terrible, there is virtually no parking outside, the hostess are cero helpful, and the servers are rude and ignorant. So if you are a tourist in Little Rock avoid this place because they do not accept international ID (not even passports)!!!! And they make you feel very awkward so you won't be having a nice time here. I went with a bunch of Spanish speaking friends (some of them did not speak English) and the lady who serve us (or reluctantly tried because she was clearly uncomfortable with our conversation in another language ) treat them like if they were doing something wrong. A couple of weeks ago, a group of us were attending an event at the Ron Robinson Theater, but were denied access because they were "at capacity." We were back for another screening, and prepartied here at happy hour. It was too hot to sit outside, but the inside was comfortable and cool. We had good service, and one of the managers that rode up with me on the elevator also checked in. I didn't have dinner, but tried a couple of appetizers that were bought for the table. The fried lobster mac and cheese was incredible....I've had fried mac and cheese before, and it didn't blow my skirt up, but this one was different. I also had a slice of chicken and spinach pizza, which was really spicy. Definitely a great view, and a classy spot. I definitely want to return in the fall and enjoy some rooftop dining once it gets cooler outside. read more

If I could give this "restaurant" zero stars, I would. I came on a Friday with a few friends and was only approached by our server once during our three hours there. I ordered one margarita which was listed at $9 on the menu...so to say I was surprised when I saw a $20 total on my bill is an understatement. Surprisingly enough my margarita was listed as $13; when I asked why I was overcharged I was told "the prices on the menu aren't accurate" - mind you, I was never told this when I walked in nor when I ordered.
