I've had this place on my list for awhile and with a group of friends this weekend I finally got to try it out. So many delicious looking dishes kept passing our table, it was hard to decide. But I went with a standard omelette (chicken and veggies) and was so full just trying to finish half of it! Took the rest home for future meals. Our whole group really liked the place; service was fine especially considering the place was packed! There was someone celebrating their birthday and they got the shots so that was fun to witness! First let me start with I had high expectations. We arrived almost around 11am They took a little long to take our order but they weren't really busy. They were cleaning which I thought was odd because it was early still. We ordered and they forgot a few of our items. No one came to check if we were okay, I had to get up and go ask them if they were going to serve us what we ordered or should we leave. They are ridiculous, 4 tables ate, hung out and we were not served yet. I drank a michelada and a beer after that and I was still waiting. Came here for the first time today with my partner. We've been dying to try it for the longest. We both ordered the Chilaquiles; mines the poblano. FYI: they come with carne which we didn't know. I came in today to try this spot since I was craving some Mexican breakfast but to be honest I should have went to IHOP instead lol. The cafe de la olla was super good and the aguas de savor but my niece's chicken and waffles were not it the chicken super salty she had to add more syrup to try and eat it and my husband green chilaquiles were 3/10 super soggy he said, trust me he loves to eat good good he never leaves anything in his plate but this time he ate just a lil bit and left it, even my niece's she took it home to give it away to our dog and my plate were the mole chilaquiles, oh man nothing what I was imagining myself I was going to be eating !!! The mole no flavor at all, it was like they just blended the chile guajillo and added just some salt, I'm currently pregnant and this made me want to throw up !
