I absolutely love this restaurant, the food here is so good. Drinks are solid, they have a lot of different flavor mimosas and delicious micheladas. They usually take a while to get your drinks and orders in, there's always one waitress working for the whole place, definitely not somewhere to go if you're in a hurry. Worth the wait for sure, a must try! The restaurant is decorated super cute, great ambiance, could be a little cleaner but it's not horrible.

I've had this place on my list for awhile and with a group of friends this weekend I finally got to try it out. So many delicious looking dishes kept passing our table, it was hard to decide. But I went with a standard omelette (chicken and veggies) and was so full just trying to finish half of it! Took the rest home for future meals. Our whole group really liked the place; service was fine especially considering the place was packed! There was someone celebrating their birthday and they got the shots so that was fun to witness! It's hidden in the corner of the lot but didn't feel like it once you were inside. Looking forward to going again!

Beautiful restaurant with a decent size menu. I ordered the chicken and waffle tower stack and my husband ordered the quesabirria taco plate. Food is delicious ( yes I tried my husband's plate ). Staff recommended items from the menu once it was our first time which was definitely appreciated .

First off on a positive note the food was amazing and they welcomed us as soon as we walked in which was very nice okay and now not so good news would be that the food is expensive and the waitress stood there and asked us to give a tip which would be fine but not when it feels very pressure and it was uncomfortable and I believe without a tip it was already around $171 for 2 adults and 1 child

First let me start with I had high expectations. We arrived almost around 11am They took a little long to take our order but they weren't really busy. They were cleaning which I thought was odd because it was early still. We ordered and they forgot a few of our items. The chilaquiles were great I got the habanero ones and my husband got the bandera ones. The cafe the olla was amazing. We kept trying to flag our waitress down or anyone at this point because we had no utensils or condiments on our table. We saw them put a notice that they were closing at 1 on the door which made sense on why they kept cleaning and forgetting about us. Would give it another chance. My chilaquiles were great, my husband said his were too soggy. The inside is not too large they have outside seating as well however they didn't not offer outside seating this particular day.

I love the food here and the mimosas are good, I also like how it's not always packed

Over done michelada, had to use another beer to dilute the amount of shit they put in it.

Waited 45 minutes to be seated, after being seated I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to be served a simple plate like chilaquiles. No one came to check if we were okay, I had to get up and go ask them if they were going to serve us what we ordered or should we leave. They are ridiculous, 4 tables ate, hung out and we were not served yet. I drank a michelada and a beer after that and I was still waiting. NO ONE came to ask if I wanted another beer or another michelada. This place is trash. I had to use a beer to dilute their michelada because it was so ridiculously concentrated. The waiters were no where to be found after initial order.

Came here for the first time today with my partner. We've been dying to try it for the longest. We both ordered the Chilaquiles; mines the poblano. FYI: they come with carne which we didn't know. The carne was good but the chilaquiles were excellent! The poblano one was everything and I enjoyed every single bite. We ordered a cucumber lemonade and a Tamarindo aqua. Tasty but the food took the prize. The prices are decent and a little elevated for some items but I can see why when it comes to portions. Be advised that the restaurant is in the corner so don't miss it.

Food was really good. Service was good. The ambience was entertaining. Definitely would return. The restaurant is somewhat hidden so you need to look deep into the plaza its located in to find it or you will miss it. Have pics but it didn't upload.

The pancake trio was amazing. The coffee 10/10 I forgot the name but it was soooo good. The chilaquiles were bomb! Only one was spicy. Everything was delicious

The food was just your typical diner type, greasy spoon kind of place. I got an egg white omelette with ham (looked like cut up pieces of thin sliced deli meat) and asked that fresh potatoes be boiled in water or steamed in water due to food allergy. What I got was fried potatoes. When I questioned the server he just said that's how they come. Do they not have raw potatoes in the back they could have boiled for me?? The taste of the omelette was meh and I only ate 4 bites. I obviously didn't eat the potatoes. The English Muffin felt oily, like someone touched it with greasy hands. I had asked for it to be dry and with no butter. So basically I didn't eat any of my food and will not be back (this was my third time here and none of the other experiences were any better.) Such a shame because it is only 5-minutes from my house. My dad ordered the chicken fried steak and my mom got the taco salad and both of their meals were inedible too. The food here is just BAD. I told the server I didn't like my food and he didn't even answer me. He took away three plates of uneaten food and no one asked if there was an issue and no manager bothered to come over to even talk to us or try and make it right. What a HUGE waste of money. Don't bother eating here...so many other places to eat that are so much better. This place was packed and no real waiting area...everyone just squished together. This is a hustling and bustling place, so if you are looking for a quiet spot, at least don't go when we did. Best part of this place is their wall for taking pictures. I think they care more about making things look IG worthy, than the quality of the product they are serving.

I decided to take a friend out for a Christmas lunch. She has had some serious health issues and we used to play in a couple of bands back in the day (last millennium) and always are in need to swap stories. I noticed that the place was both clean inside and out, a well as busy, and the staff was on keeping it so while we were there. I ordered a bowl of chili (which wasn't on the menu that I could see) just to test them a bit, and asked for the added onions be grilled and then cheese on top of that. They totally nailed it and the chili was delicious. My fellow diner was impressed with her omelette, and remarked a couple of times on the high quality of the coffee (which was refreshed often while we were there). I have to admit to a bias toward these small, mom and pop places as I like the great quality and service I find consistently at them. I highly recommend Sam's and plan to visit the next time I am in the area.

They rolled with it without hesitation, which I always appreciate. My wife was meeting me a little later, and they timed everything beautifully. The food was on the table only about five minutes before she arrived, and with warm sandwiches and soup involved, the timing mattered. Everything was just the right temperature when we sat down to eat. We both ordered the Uptown Gal--roast beef, giardiniera, Dijon aioli, arugula, and white cheddar on house focaccia. The flavors were spot on, and these are substantial sandwiches. In fact, next time we could probably share one. We also shared the jalapeño Parmesan artichoke dip, which was excellent. We enjoyed some there and brought the rest home. The soups didn't have the same opportunity--we polished those off pretty quickly. Very flavorful. The iced tea was clearly freshly brewed and quite strong, which I actually prefer because I can adjust it to taste. It came in a generously sized glass as well. Lucille is a small place, but they've made very good use of the space. The interior is attractive and has a slightly modern, new-age feel. There was a steady stream of people dining in and picking up orders, and it wouldn't take many more customers to fill the place. I also noticed a nice wine selection and an espresso machine. One other thing stood out: the employees seemed genuinely happy to be there. Lots of smiles and a pleasant atmosphere throughout our visit. Excellent food, generous portions, good timing, and a staff willing to accommodate a customer who showed up a little ahead of schedule. An easy five stars from us.
